Dr. Kauffman has been my dentist for almost 30 years and I have had nothing but superior care from Dr. Kauffman as well as his staff. The services that he and his staff have afforded me have gone beyond what I would expect. Whenever I’ve had any major work done, they have called me afterwards to follow up see how I am doing and not just his staff but Dr. Kauffman himself! He is also easy to reach out of hours in an emergency.
Valerie, Director of Operations, has worked with me on my treatment plan continuously to make sure I get all the necessary work done within the confines of my insurance and my pocketbook. Although he is out of network for me on my dental plan, I would not change dentist for anything.

Dr. Kauffman was my dentist for 30 years. Over the very large percentage of that time, he provided me very good care. I would consider him to be one of the best at his craft.
I had to move from Atlanta for a new job. I now live 6 ½ hours away from Atlanta, and my job precludes me from being able to go to Dr. Kauffman. A crown he installed, at a cost of well over $ 1,000 less than two years ago broke. But since I can’t drive to Atlanta and back and pay the cost of a hotel room, etc., he will not honor that guarantee. So now I have to pay 100% of the cost to replace it. It isn’t right, and he knows it.
Be very careful before choosing this man to provide your dental care.
