Total Approach Cleaning

I can’t say enough good things about Jasper Thompson and Total Approach Cleaning. On a recent Friday morning, I woke up to find that my dog had gotten sick during the night and the evidence was all over my living room carpet and couch. I had to fly out of town for a wedding that evening and needed professional help to clean the carpet on short notice. The folks at TAC were very accommodating of my schedule. I have the luxury of working from home but needed to schedule the carpet cleaning between two work calls. Jasper arrived right on time.
My carpet looks amazing! It honestly looks better than the day I moved in and you definitely cannot tell that a dog lives here. Jasper moved all of my furniture, including my couch, to make sure that the entire carpet was thoroughly cleaned. If you have carpet in your home, you should make sure to keep TAC’s number on hand.

I give TAC five thumbs up. He was very thorough and he brought my filthy carpet back to looking new. I was keep his number on speed dial and I will recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks TAC!

I am not even sure where to begin with the level of professionalism and quality of work they provide and that says ALOT, because I not only have ivory Berber carpets and pets= the worst combination ever, but am also very demanding! I wish you had a 10* rating, cause even then I would give them an 11!
I first met Jasper/​Total Approach 5 years ago. I was hosting an engagement party the next day and wanted to have clean and perfect carpets, the carpet cleaner that was scheduled canceled on me the day they were suppose to be here/“had me down for the next week”. I called Total Approach in a desperate panic willing to pay almost anything and they were here that night and did an AMAZING job! I swear they looked better than the day they were installed!
I use them not only personally, but also professionally and they ALWAYS do a first class job… EVERYTIME! I am a Real Estate Agent and have very high end, detailed clients and they too are pleased with the end results.
