Ok so tpk has changed since my last visit they don’t have the same people and the quality of their service has changed since they moved. My screen is plastic and not glass and it randomly opens apps and mutes itself all the time. I will not be back to this location because the last time I was there i saw the tech unnecessarily act unprofessional with another customer and even followed him outside plus they didn’t fix the problem i was having with the screen repair they did, my phone is still acting like it’s possessed.

I have been a customer of TPK Wireless since they were at Greenbriar mall. I brought my wife’s Galaxy Note 2 recently because the phone was cracked and broken in many places to the point that I could see the hardware inside the phone. They went above and beyond to make this trip satisfying. Not only did they make the phone sleek by installing pink screen in the front and sky blue plate in the back, they even installed a new mid frame. I didn’t even expect this to be done when I came in. Now the phone looks even better than when my wife first got it two and half years ago. TPK Wireless runs pre-inspection on your phone before the procedure and they even offer 60 days warranty. This place offers quality work on your phone and you will not be disappointed.
