My name is Karen and I am one of the providers at this office. I have been treating people at this location for almost 3 years and complaints are extremely rare. As with any business, when dealing with hundreds of clients over the years, situations arise and not everyone leaves happy although this is what we strive for.
In order to protect the privacy of all patients, I cannot comment on any specific client or incident. However, anyone interested in services with me at this office can rest assured that every patient who receives treatment of any kind in my care receives a consultation, must fill out forms, including signed consent forms before I will proceed.
We keep all signed consultation forms on file and can easily retrieve them upon request.
Additionally, human tissue is variable, skin reactions vary greatly depending on a myriad of conditions, and sometimes a patient is not a candidate for a desired procedure.
If there is a serious question as to a patient’s candidacy for a treatment, a physician at the practice is consulted and a final decision is made by a Medical Doctor.
To ensure best treatment outcomes and to ensure the health and the safety of the patient, regretfully, sometimes we cannot proceed with a treatment.
However, I strive to make all patients happy and have had hundreds of very happy satisfied patients.

I got a Living Social deal for a peel and IPL photofacial… the aesthetician Karen is less than pleasant. The peel was not affective and the cleanser or whatever she used gave me a rash on the face and neck! It went away but when I told her about it she said she would then not do the IPL and had to see the doc! What a scam this place is… I don’t need a doc I just needed her to use my cleanser and moisturizer, simple request… now I have to try and get my money back from Living Social… this will be the last «deal» I purchase… OH and at Tritt the «aestheticians» are contractors! they are not even part of the practice so I had to deal w/​that and so they can wipe there hands clean of responsibility. Do NOT go here!!!

First, the receptionist is fabulous — efficient, pleasant and organized. The doctor is also good, and actually discouraged me from getting an unnecessary treatment. However, the RN’s Botox treatment was my only truly bad Botox experience in 15 years. I’d go back without hesitation for a long-​term treatment like Vela Firm but probably not for something that has immediate, visible cosmetic effect.
