Horrible management and her dwarf little helper is very rude and two faced. I was kicked out because I was disabled with a service dog. Clear violation under the Americans with disabilities act of 1990. Do not give this business your money. They allow prostitutes and drug dealers but not disabled with service dogs.

Final Review:
I was FORCED to check out yesterday because my rental cars windshield got broken into. Not only is this the second vehicle that has been vandalized, the hotel has yet to display security cameras during my very long stay. One of the staff actually got into my face and told me I had to leave simply because I was complaining to them about this issue. It was enough that the manager wanted to check me out because I requested the corporate number. When I told them my car had gotten broken into again, the manager ROBIN GRAY had a very obvious smerk on her face. Not only was I forced to leave, they used the same officer I used to report the damage of my vehicle too, to issue a criminal trespass against me and my boyfriend. Mind you we paid VERY good money to stay here for a month. The fact that managment is so confrontational with people and the lack of simple security surveillance (20 car break ins, during my stay) warrants me to express to you my valid concern as a former customer. Do not stay here. You will be extremely disappointed. Thats not even to mention the extremely poor ventilation problem they have in their rooms. Though they have AC systems, the room continuously stayed stuffy, making walking into the room a VERY unpleasant experience. Stay away.

My mom’s window was busted last night and ten other cars were also hit. One victim said this was third time!!! He has been here for 3 months, so this person does it once a month. The man even left his doors UNLOCKED yet the person STILL busted his window anyway. Stay away from this hotel!!!

STAY AWAY!!! this was the WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!! MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!! i’m contacting the corporate office in the morning. this place was a NIGHTMARE!!! Robin Gray, the manager, and her little after hours helper need to be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED!!! I’ve never regretted spending money more in my entire life. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. I’ve NEVER in my life been treated the way that these people treated me. With my career, I do nothing but travel, and i will say that i’ve stayed in some bad spots before… but «bad» in the sense of «run-​down», etc… so when i saw that the Value Place in the Chamblee area was basically brand new, I was excited! and yes, i will say that i love how new everything was… but the service/​management was HANDS DOWN THE WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!
