Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The night«manager» on duty LIED to my face about working to get my prescription document I had turned in early that day. To which I found her«organizing candy bags» when she said she was calling the pharmacy manager. I came back to pick up my medication to be told the pharmacist did not come and no one would becoming until 8am the next morning. I am from out of state and needed this medication immediately. Congratulations Walgreens, you have permanently lost a customer and you can thank«Shaleshia» and your night security guard(who also inappropriately glared and flirted with my colleagues who immediately felt uncomfortable). Do a background check before hiring. I’ll be in touch with corporate.

Okay I really only know of this Walgreens to have Wet n Wild Cherry Bomb lipstick which is my favorite drugstore lipstick. Never out of stock here for some reason.

Most of the items are not tagged as being on sale based on the weekly ad. very confusing to the customer. The store should have the proper signage.

The worst pharmacy EVER! They lost my prescriptions on 3 different occasions, accusing my physician of not calling it in. And the customer service is the worst! Just because it’s in an urban area doesn’t mean customers should be treated carelessly. I will never give them my $$$$$ again. I wish Unilocal had negative stars.

WORST pharmacy Ever!!! They have the worst customer service and treat their customers like crapm why does it take 45 minutes every single time you go in or go thru the drive thru. …why do they treat us on the African American side of town like this? ?? Not to mention you better check your bah before you leave, because ive gotten home and had someonelses meds in my back. Walgreens should be Ashamed to do business like this. They need to shut this pharmacy down. They are soooo unprofessional. …they dont act like this on the Caucasian sidr of town… sad

Since my last review, things didn’t go exactly to plan. I still needed a local pharmacy, so I have continued to give Walgreen’s my business. Interestingly, I haven’t had a problem since! I don’t know if it was the staff at the time or what, but everyone since then has been very helpful and there haven’t been any issues with my refills. I do always have to wait in line forEVER whether I go to the drive-thru or go inside.

When another location doesn’t have an item I am looking for, I always call this one. Not sure if its the urban location, or the fact that getting into this location causes one to have to wait on a couple of lights or make a u-turn, but either way, its normally has items that other locations are sold out of or didn’t receive. The front-end staff can be hit or miss. I’ve had people be extremely helpful and others that have made me ask, why are you working with the public.
