best laundromat EVER!!!
this laundromat is located in a shopping center on Campbellton Rd, and it’s actually 2 businesses in one. it’s the Wash & Spin laundromat and a Uhaul pick up/drop off point.
they have a customer service desk to the left when you walk in. if you have a Uhaul concern or if you need change for the washers, have questions or whatever, that’s where you’d go.
very clean establishment and there’s almost always friendly staff on hand.
you pay to wash, but it’s completely free to dry (however, if you’d have to prepay for the dryers if you come in with wet clothes). they also offer free powdered detergent.
they have free wifi (no security code to logon), 2 computers, a play area for small kids (complete with toys, books and a small tv for kid videos), 4 video arcade games, 4 tv’s, a snack and soda machine, gumball machines, and bartop tables if u wanna sit & snack.

It’s in The ‘Hood. A bit scary to get to but once you’re in it’s not too bad. There is a kids play area (bonus!!) and FREE dryers. I can’t state that enough: the dryers are FREE!!! So, even though a double load washed in hot water costs $ 4.75 you don’t have to pay another $ 1.25+ to get your clothes dry. That to me is a deal!

I can’t speak towards the wash & dry part, but we have used a U-Haul from these folks. They were really nice, up-front about everything, and quite efficient. Everything went smoothly. This isn’t a major U-Haul place but a little franchise, so things aren’t quite as… um… formal? Not quite the right word, but the trucks have a few dings, and the owners already know about them and don’t try to scam you.
If we need a laundromat run for some reason, they’re high on the list. The area doesn’t feel like the best, and I admit I’ll never leave anything out of eyesight, but the laundromat itself looked better than some we remember from CA. There’s a side play area for kids, even.
