Worts experience of my life trying to pay online even before due date but i could’t do it when i found out why, was because i has been block, because i never send them proof o renters insurance that i always had so they charge a late fee like i have their time to do what they want the staff sucks i will never recommend this place

If the first line of this is all you read, the best summary is DONT LIVE HERE!!! I could write every detail and situation that I experience with the 2 different property mangers that ran this place while I was here and the interactions with, im not exaggerating more than 10 different employees. All with the same excuse, it was someone’s else’s fault. However the problems still never were fixed.
Every aspect of this place is terrible, they draw you I with low rent, but they charge you for every little thing they can to make up for it. I had monthly maintenance issues that never got fixed. A fire in my neighbors apartment that put me out, and they told me to contact the American Red Cross. Roaches, mold, Gobs of paint everywhere. If you like the renovations, don’t be fooled they just put cheap cover of rotting wood.
Get them to sign everything on paper and hold a copy for yourself. They seem to always lose paper work, except for the one that says your rent is do.
I could go on, save yourself the headache and look else where. The cheap rent is not worth the big problems and the hidden bills they will charge you anyone.
****the maintenance guy, when I did see him was a very hard working pleasant man. Probably over worked and bad management.

This luxurious apt complex is a joke. The office workers are incompetent and they never call you back. Maintenance never show up when they re supposed to and they do overcharge for water and everything else. The rent is too high for this place. There are many places that are much better. There is always furniture and other trash around the dumpster. The tennis courts have never been functional, they took out one of the pools, and the kids run wild around here so you wouldn t want to swim in it anyway. The kids seem to love to play with dead animals and place them in washers or at your front door. This place is trashy and a big ghetto. Do not move here! There should be an option to get it –zero stars!
