Came here on Wednesday on a whim and while the store is small, it has a lot of things packed inside with more merchandise coming in on almost a weekly basis. At first I didn’t plan on buying anything, but I saw a hat that was calling my name and I had to have it. I also like the fact that this store helps victims of sex trafficking which is something I’m really big on.

My boss, a used/vintage/consignment store maven, shared the scoop about this cute shop in the Toco Hills shopping center. Otherwise, I would have never known since Wellspring Treasures didn’t have a Unilocal page and isn’t particularly flashy. Since Toco Hills is massive and sprawling, Wellspring Treasures is to the left of Kroger, across the street from the UPS Store and very close to the sushi restaurant Matsuya. I was greeted upon entering. Wellspring Treasures isn’t huge so the inventory isn’t overwhelming. I don’t think they have men’s or kids clothes, or if they did, it was a tiny selection. So yeah, women’s clothing and shoes and accessories(saw some belts and purses). There’s one self-serve dressing room off to the right of the shoe alcove, if you’re looking to the back of the store. I also spotted a few books, and there is a furniture section as well, and some home décor items. The women’s clothing is sorted by type, size, and color somewhat. I was focusing on pants. They were divided up into jeans and then dressier trousers that were about $ 10. If you like designer jeans, I spotted Joe’s Jeans and 7 for all Mankind pairs for around $ 25. All the clothes were clean and thankfully free of Goodwill smell. In general, some brands I saw and recognized(I proclaim I am NOT a fashion plate) included Zara, Ann Taylor, New York and Company, Target’s Merona, and Tommy Hilfiger. When you buy from here, you’re supporting a great cause. Parent non-profit Wellspring Living’s mission is «helping domestic sex trafficking victims and the vulnerable develop the courage to move forward and the confidence to succeed.» The store operates on donations, and Ithink the staffers are all volunteers. I’ll plan to make a return visit again in the future to see what’s new and hopefully will leave with some threads next time!
