Windridge Apartments

This place is not horrible but then again it is! I have had to bug problem except for the bugs outside your door in the summer OMFG I hate it but that’s anywhere in Atlanta in the summer.
These renovations are annoying as hell! I figure if they wanna take away the damn amenities they should lower the rent since they are taking an entire year’s lease to do these renovations! Some people do not drive and they decided to renovate the laundry facility and this was back in October or November 2013 and as I called to ask when would it be up and run if again they said they don know hopefully the end of January this is March! Then to how the hell did they manage to get the office area renovated faster than the laundry facility, because they were still occupying the office when they destroyed the laundry facility in Oct/​Nov. and they ain’t start fixing the old office up as the laundry room until they fixed the old laundry room up as the new office! That is disrespectful and inconvenience for the tenants here! Then when you have a problem in your apartment with mold or leaks or floods or damage they will NOT fix nothing until it comes close to the day rent is due! Then the problem may not have been really fixed and they will make you wait again! They will cry and mope about letting the people in for renovations and shit but will not attend to your apartment problems! The times when these guys had to enter my apartment I was not home but I told them assholes in the office that put on that chipper I’m here to help you voice that if I’m ever in my apartment and y’all claim these people need to get in for some new cabinets or stove or sink trust me they will NOT be let in if I have a work order I put in multiple of times and it’s still hasn’t been attended to. And I wish they would bill me for what they couldn’t do! They care about renovating and themselves and that’s sad. I’ve been apartment hunting now so when my lease is up I will get m deposit back and tell them to kiss my ass. This new management cam a month after I moved here and they suck!
