There are several things working in favor of this store:
1. Great Location: You can’t beat the convenience of being located near Perimeter Mall in the Perimeter Place shopping center (near Super Target).
2. Large Selection: The store is pretty small and both walls are covered by bottles of wine! Many different types and within all budgets.
3. CHEAP: Did I mention they have great specials? My current favorite is the 6/​$ 50. Yes, 6 bottles of wine (pre-​selected, but still tasty and a nice variety) for $ 50. Normally they do a 6/​$ 60 deal, so I might have just gotten lucky the past few times.
4. Courteous Employees: Everyone here is very nice and they are definitely run by a small business owner who knows how to treat his customers. I appreciate that (even though I almost wish they were a little more pushy because I sometimes get a little undecided when considering new wines… just make me buy it already!).
As some of my fellow Unilocalers have said, this is the type of place that you almost stumble across, although it’s not one that you should miss. Check them out the next time you’re in the area (or if you want a great deal on lots of good wine).

My fiancé and I stumbled onto this place on our way to another liquor store (we’re not alcoholics, we just enjoy unusual things). I’ve grown up with wine, he’s more of a whiskey person. In any case, I really enjoy this place. While I know a good amount about French wines, I am painfully ignorant about other regions of the world, and this place makes it fun! In addition to their reasonably priced wine tastings, they also have an option to be part of their wine club. For $ 35/​month, you get two bottles of wine, 15% off the wines of the month if you choose to buy more of it, and 10% off everything else. Plus, they have a rewards system where once you rack up 1000 points, you get a $ 50 gift certificate to non-​wine products (because of that pesky law about not giving away alcohol, pfft). What’s not to love? The people there are also very friendly and helpful. All the wines are very nicely priced even for poor graduate students like me. The entire concept of this place is interesting and creative, and I’m really surprised no one had come up with it earlier.

This wine shop is located in a new shopping center in Sandy Springs … but you forget that as soon as you walk in the door. The atmosphere is of a wineshop/​tasting room right from Napa. On Thursday nights they offer a great tasting event for $ 12 (less for groups) where you get to taste 12 wines and have some light appetizers. Plus you get a discount on up to three bottles of wine. They’ve got a great selection of wine and the employees are knowledgeble on the wines. The tasting night is a great night out with a group of friends or a double date. They’ve got lots of other events going on all week long.
