Very shady place – DONOTGOHERE. I purchased a deal on . I paid $ 49 for mink eyelash extensions for my wife. Upon booking the appointment, I was told that I would be charged a 20% service charge for gratuity on the full retail price of $ 550. So… I pay $ 49 for a deal and they expect me to pay an extra $ 110 when I go in? This was not mentioned anywhere on . I am glad that my wife called ahead and figured it out before following through with the appointment. When I called to check on this, the lady was very rude and spoke down to me by saying that if I went to a restaurant, I would pay 20%. Yes… that is true. But where is she coming up with the $ 550? That’s ridiculous. When I asked to cancel my appointment, the lady hung up on me.

DONOTPURCHASEANYDEALSFROMTHISPLACE. WHAT A SCAM! I bought a living social deal for $ 99 at her Miami boutique. She never showed up for the appointment, never returned my phone calls or emails and kept my money. This company is a complete fraud!

SAVEYOURMONEYANDGOELSEWHERE! I bought this deal for Wink Couture Lashes off Living Social… My visit to her(Therri) was ok the first time she was nice(she talked a whole lot about her life) my eyes were watering and it did pinch every now and then(I thought this was normal… NOT). After she finished I looked at my eyes and they were not as full as I wanted them and one eye looked a little different than the other she tried to assure me it looked fine… I left. I went home and I wasn’t the only one who noticed that one eye looked different than the other OH and I forgot the best part after she finished I realized she had ripped out 2 of my bottom lashes because she got them stuck together with the top half. As the day went on the right corner of my eye was irritating me badly almost like and eyelash was poking inside my eye and making my eyes water. I contacted her the next day and told her I would like to come and because it was bothering me 1. my eyes look different and 2. the right corner of my eye kept watering and felt uncomfortable. When I called her she told me «I have cleaning people coming so I will find out when they are done because I normally do not take appts. during the weekdays» or whatever she said along those lines like she was making an exception for me. I went in to go see her tell me how SHEHAD A CUSTOMER! and she was busy working on her lashes. didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in just told me a little later she’d be with me in a minute. I sat and waited which if you don’t normally take customers on certain days why did you have one there??? She made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor coming in just for me to fix my eyes. Anyways, she finally sat me down and had me explain to her what the problem was and I told her and she says, «I don’t see what your talking about with the eyes looking different.» She attempted to fix my right corner where my eye was watering and all I heard her do was snip pieces(which later I found out were my real lashes). She pretended to fix my other eye that I said looked different and while she was doing so she said«oh you know I have a girlfriend and she likes a fuller look and with her eye shape, it’s like yours so I have to put the lashes on a certain way so they look good…» well B*TCH why didn’t you do it in the first place instead of explaining to me how you normally would have done something to someone else… As soon as she«finished» she handed me a mirror and didn’t say anything and went back to her customer that was laying the in other chair. RUDE? I sat there for a moment HEATED and told her I don’t like my lashes and she looked annoyed like«what?» as she continued with the other person like I didn’t exist. I grab my sh*t and walked out and she called my name and she could suck a d*ck with her so called«lash» business. She has no courtesy, did not even apologize ONCE for anything. TRUSTMEWHEN I SAYTHIS… IFYOURGOINGTOSPENDMONEYDOITIN A BETTERPLACEWITH A BETTERPERSON, DOMORERESEARCH

I purchased a Half-Off Depot certificate to try out some semi-permanent lashes. It was a good price and I was hoping for the best as I’ve been burned on these coupons before. All I can say is the owner is AMAZING! She leans over backwards to accomodate my busy schedule and provides a wonderful, clean environment to get your treatment in. My lashes look fantastic and I get compliments all the time on them(roughly 2 – 3 weeks before I need a refill). This coupon was definitely worth it and many other lash places could learn from her. I’ve read some of these reviews and let me say YES, you DO need to tip on the full amount. Just like in a restaurant when you get a $ 100 meal for half-off, you tip on the full $ 100. Seriously people, it’s professional courtesy — this is nothing new. If you’re looking for a good deal like me, by all means — purchase your coupon. But don’t be cheap and stiff your vendor, that’s just rude. I really like this place and the stafff. Would definitely recommend.

I typically write positive reviews, but this is the first super negative review I have ever written! Terrible customer service! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Beware of the sketchy booking method plus the not-so-chique building, not to mention the spa itself is one open room where you’d lay 2 feet next to your neighbor getting their lashes/brows done. Extremely rude staff(and I cannot express this part enough)! I should have seen the red flags ahead of time…

False advertising!!! I bought a coupon from half off depot for mink eyelash extensions. This add seemed to goo to be true and it was of course. The add was $ 98 gets you a full set of Mink/husky mix eyelash extensions which is valued at $ 550 Before buying the coupon we read over the posting, nothing seemed shady at all. After buying the coupon we get a call from wink couture to confirm my appointment, while on the phone the sales rep informs me that not only will the technician applying the extensions be expecting gratitude off the $ 550, the salon it’s self will be charging me a service charge of 20% off the original $ 550. I was already planning on tipping the technician and thought it was very rude that this is something they needed to address as soon as I picked up the phone. I was not expecting a service charge from the salon too, there was nothing about a service charge in the half off depot add. So be aware that the so called«deal» you are getting is just a way for this salon to make money off you in the long run.
