Ordered delivery to the hotel since it’s pretty close by. The order arrived literally in 5 mins so we knew it was pre-cooked. We ordered Hunan Beef with fried rice & Schezuan Chicken with plain rice. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor(& salt). The portion however was decent size and an average person could make two meals of it. The order taker was pretty unfriendly & not helpful… certainty not worth calling bk for. #onetimerrestaurant #Airwolf

Today was my first day trying Wok and Roll and I am so glad I did! The food was amazing and delivery time was prompt. I ordered a lunch plate of shrimp and broccoli, chicken egg roll and drink. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I paid for extra shrimp and there were only 6 shrimp in my entire meal! I know that usually shrimp and broccoli meals are skimpy with the meat which is why I added extra! I was a little disappointed by that, but other than that it was great.

Round 2. I decided to order here again. Wanna know what happened? I got really good food! Again, the delivery was prompt and the food was very hot. I ordered sesame chicken, lo mein, fried rice, and crab ragoons. It was well cooked, not overcooked like the reviews I’d seen. Best of all, my folks kept commenting about how fresh everything was. Happy family Happy Me. I’m not sure how I keep getting lucky, but I’ve had a great experience both times. Five stars and no complaints. To be fair(because nothing’s perfect), if I had to name something I’d like improved it would be to have the delivery person deliver to the door. I hate ordering delivery and having to come outside to get my order. It’s deeeeeelivery. Key word. If I wanted to go outside I would have walked to the car and drove to grab the food myself. *Delivery Rant End* Anyway, no problems. It was good.

Customer service was not very good. Young lady seemed to have an attitude. I will not visit there again.

Not great. Not bad. Mediocre. Perfect when you are feeling lazy, don’t want pizza, and just want food to be delivered to your house without moving. The general Tsao’s is my go to and it’s mad decent.

Service was fast and the food was incredible! Me and my sister were looking for different Chinese restaurants and we stumbled upon Wok n Roll. We were so satisfied once we got our food! Also, the prices weren’t bad at all! I had the honey chicken combo special and only spent $ 8! My sister also only spent $ 8. Definitely the best Chinese food I’ve had since I moved up here!

Wok N’ Roll — Rocks and Rolls. I was there last night. I was the last customer of the night, 10:45pm. Starvin’ like Marvin, I ventured downtown after work for some nourishment Although Auburn Avenue is «a No Man’s Land» after sunset, I ventured downtown after work. Even at 10:45p on a Sunday night, parking was an issue… very few parking spaces or parking where one’s safety might be compromised. There is a parking lot directly across the street from the establishment with available parking spaces but there was a congregation of folks(about 15) at one end — and they were not having Church. It seems that folks in the parking lot have made the area their Hang Out Joint. So I parked a few blocks away. Safety first, Good People! There were many people walking around, neighbor folks, folks leaving other restaurants, folks asking for chewing gum(that’s a new one, not asking for money). The restaurant is located in a non-descript building that houses many Bond Bails and Parole Offices. Don’t ask how a Brother knows this, he just knows. LOL, talk amongst yourselves. The restaurant is located on the corner and it to is non-descript. No major décor or theme. I ordered my food — Shrimp w/mixed Chinese Vegetables, Brown Rice, Hot and Sour Soup, Spring Rolls. The person taking the orders was a bit difficult to understand. She attempted to inform me there was no Hot and Sour Soup. I didn’t comprehend«what the Sam Hill» she was saying. I made her repeat it at least 5 times before I got it. She and the woman preparing the food seemed to have a heated conversation about the soup. Anyway, I received my food after about 10mins. The food was delicious. The shrimp was cooked to pink perfection. The brown rice was perfect. The vegetables were crisp and not overcooked. The brown sauce spicy and just enough to cover the shrimp and vegetables. The wonton soup was delicious. I hate when the noodles taste as if they were in the broth all day. The vegetable springs rolls were average, nothing spectacular. All in all, a good place for a night late take-out meal in ATL. I will be back… again and again.

Traveling on business. So far I’ve been underwhelmed with the delivery options and the room service is over priced and awful. A little kid slipped the menu for this place under my door and I decided to take a chance. Wow. The Hunan Beef was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Tons of veggies, great spice, excellent sauce, and the beef wasn’t fatty or chewy. Fried Dumplings were also excellent. The only thing I got that I wasn’t really excited about was the Crab Rangoon. The filling was good, but the wrapper is too thick and was burnt around the edges. Food was priced very fairly and the delivery was lightning fast. From deciding to order to stuffing my face was less than 30 minutes. I’m coming back again next week and will definitely have another Wok & Roll evening!

House Fried Rice was delicious and not overly greasy like other Chinese restaurants! Take out was quick and prices were affordable. I would definitely order again.

I had pretty low standards for this place based on some of the reviews below so I was pleasantly surprised when I got my order. Please don’t confuse Wok N’ Roll for gourmet or authentic Chinese. This place is Americanized Chinese takeout to a T. Food was average and satisfied my Chinese takeout cravings. I ordered through Unilocal and got my food about 30 minutes later(compared to EAT24’s 45 minute estimate). Order was accurate and the delivery person was very friendly Ordered egg drop and hot and sour soup, general Tso’s chicken, ma po tofu, fried dumplings, and crab rangoons. Everything tasted exactly like I expected(no better, no worse). The soup and egg rolls were great. The crab rangoons and dumplings were fried a little too long — they were kind of dried out but did have good flavor. The chicken wasn’t crispy or particularly juicy, but tasted good. The sauce they use on the ma po tofu was excellent(a little sweet and a LOT spicy)! Overall I recommend to anyone that’s near this business and can order delivery. This place will satisfy your late night or weekend Chinese food cravings with reasonable prices and a quick arrival time. If you’re feeling fancy or in need of something authentic, you’re better off going elsewhere.

Mediocre is the best word to describe this Chinese food. Now the good was not horrible nor was it like the best Chinese food ever. Ok I ordered the veggie pot stickers –chicken egg roll, general tso chicken with fried vegetable rice and vegetable egg foo young. - Okay now let’s start with the delivery — got to me in about 40 mins and had no issues — cool. Presentation of the food was awsome for takeout — food was hot and fresh. Ok now the food… Vegetable pot stickers — tasteless lacked flavor and nasty I did not enjoy them. The chicken egg roll was good but not like the greatest but it was good. Now the general tso chicken … It was not too tasty it had a sweeter taste than general tso Chicken and the chicken was little pieces over cooked hard and chewy. I didn’t like that either. Next up the vegetable fried rice. … Now that was good — it had pieces of mushroom and zucchini and some other veggies. Now that was tasty… And lastly the egg foo young — it was good but lacked flavor. But since I was at home I added some season salt and soy sauce to it and it was great.. Over all the food is fresh yet lacks flavor. I will maybe order again if I’m craving mediocre Chinese delivery.

We have ordered from here several times in the past and have not been disappointed until tonight. Positives first– usually on time, portions are decent size, price is good, staff are pleasant. This time we ordered our usual order of sesame chicken and general tso’s chicken and a soda. Negative– they forgot the soda. No big deal. Called them back, they said they would send the delivery guy back with it in a while or give us a credit… Opted for the credit! THEN… I removed the lid from my meal, took a bite of chicken with some rice and chewed… Into a staple! I’m sure it’s a one off and things happen but I’m glad I found it before I swallowed it! Not sure if we will be ordering again at this point!

I was craving some flavorful Chinese food and saw the good reviews here and decided to order. I was extremely disappointed, I’m really not a picky person and I was just hungry. The egg rolls were flavorless and mushy inside, the pad Thai had no flavor, it didn’t resemble any other pad Thai I’ve had, no egg either. Th fried rice was okay once I mixed in my own sauces from home. I don’t want to be harsh, but I feel like this food was a waste of my money. Maybe they were just having a bad day because I see others are satisfied, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

So my review is solely based on delivery via . I have no other experiences so far. Delivery time: They estimated a time frame of about 40 mins, but they were actually quicker and delivered it closer to 30 mins. So that’s a plus. FYI — My office is located right off centennial park, so for those who are logistically sound minded can figure out travel distance. My food order consisted of the Dinner Combo, which included the following: Mongolian Beef Dinner Combo for $ 8.55. Serving size is is a small«Chinese Food box» for the fried rice and a bigger than average serving of Mongolian beef. Fried rice — Pretty good quality, taste and texture. Cooked pretty well, no grains overcooked or under cooked. Not overly seasoned or salty from soy sauce. Contains bits & pieces of real fried egg. Mongolian Beef — Also cooked pretty well. It’s not the best version I ever had, but it’s on par with better then average. The sauce is good, not overly sweet. And a good percentage of pieces of beef. There were a couple pieces that were a bit on the chewy side, while most were pretty tender. Their version includes a small mix of noodles. Order it if you’re craving for some. Bottom line — Decent, non-expensive Chinese food for delivery when it’s crappy outside to go pick it up yourself.

This is my favorite cheap Chinese food in the Atlanta area. They have all the best of my favorites, from their teryaki chicken on stick to their crab rangoons. Their wonton soup is the best Atlanta has offered me so far and their fried chicken wings are delicious. «10 minutes» is the standard time that food will be done, but in reality it’s 15 – 20. PROTIP(For all you spicy food lovers!): Cheap/take-out Chinese food is made to be palatable to even the most whingy people. I’ve worked in Chinese restaurants for years and most people that SAY they want the spicy dish, but can’t actually handle it being so. If you actually want your general tso’s «spicy» food to be spicy, challenge them! Even if you have never been there before, say something along the lines of «Last time it wasn’t hot enough, can you make it hotter?» Works every time. No matter what takeout restaurant.

Delivery was timely and food was hot and portions plentiful for the price. Nothing to write home about but in the sea of so-so delivery joints this one is at least a keeper. If you’ve tried a few places without a winner give these guys a shot.

This is just your typical Chinese food. It’s pretty good if you got a craving for Chinese food, and it’s hard to argue with the price(especially if you’re a GSU student), but it’s nothing to shout to the heavens about. Their rice is a little on a dry side, so I always dip it in whatever sauce the food comes with, so it’s not a big problem for me. Overall, it’s an alright place. I would go back.

The food here is just okay. You can get some decent sesame seed chicken and General Tso’s when you’re in a pinch. They deliver and that’s a good thing. I am not a fan of the dry, flavorless rice that they serve with the food. My daughter told me that they have a habit of not giving people back the full amount of change that they should get, so you have to watch them. I watch them and everybody else too. Anyway, be in a rough spot and then go here only because you have to.
