I was dreading going to the dentist and was avoiding it for various reasons, but I definitely had a great experience at this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors were very nice and informative.
I liked how I knew a general estimate of what my insurance would or would not cover BEFORE any procedure was done. I went in for a routine clean up, but found out that I had several cavities. They made time for me to get the cavities filled instead of making me make another appointment (time is valuable). They also let me know another price breakdown before proceeding and were willing to work with me payment wise.
I also wanted advice for something cosmetic that I have been wanting for years, and they provided me with different approaches and techniques that I could do. The front desk is even calling my insurance to see what they would cover for this cosmetic procedure.
I will be referring friends to this practice and recommend it to my Unilocal community.
