Nastiest place I’ve been inside in a while. The A/​C makes the place unbearable and too cold. The tables need tending to, crumbs everywhere. Employees look unkept. The place is a mess.

costomer service at all. i order salad and milkshake. salad was not good it’s test not fresh. lettuce was not good. and for milkshake i have to wait and they even don’t remember that i order milkshake too. i would like to give them black stars if Unilocal ppl have it.

Worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. The last two times I have been here it’s taken them over twenty minutes to make my salad. The line to order was half way down the aisle and they won’t open up a second register. The employees don’t get in a hurry to serve the customers. The manager walks around in no hurry so why would the employees.

I know this might be crazy but after 15 years living in Atlanta this my friends was the first time I have ventured into a Zaxby’s. A lot of it has to do with the fact I live in the heart of the city and there is none close by. I went to Zaxby’s after going to a movie at Movie ATL and it didn’t disappoint. The meal was great and for a wonderful price. It was a Saturday afternoon so it was quite packed inside and even the drive through was packed. The inside was clean and well kept and the staff was very pleasant.

I usually don’t eat Zaxby’s, but it was pretty good. I just hate I pay for the combo and no drink comes along, but other than that, it was delish!

That Texas toast. Yummmmmm!!!

This Zaxby’s has consistently shown that they do not care about customers.
I go to the one in Norcross all the time (3 or 4 times a week). There, you get a ‘welcome’, ‘please’, and ‘thank you’. Nothing tastes burned or overcooked. Fries taste great, aren’t soggy, and have the right amount of seasoning on them. You can get in and out of the drive-​thru easily (the one in East Point feels like they are trying to trap you from getting out when you realize the service is so slow). You can get sodas made with FILTERED water and with the signature Zaxby’s little cubes (anyone who has been to a good Zaxby’s and ordered drinks knows).
Take all of the above conversation and reverse it. Nasty, unfiltered water being mixed in with the Coke with some weird sliced ice that makes it taste like water down Dr. Pepper. Fries that must’ve been sitting around for hours. Dry, overcooked wings and tenders. The service line is so slow, you wonder if they even thought they were going to have customers that day… That is East Point Zaxby’s … and even Fulton Industrial Zaxby’s — but that is a review for another day.
My last time going to this Zaxby’s was 2 months ago. I realized how bad it was when I had such a good experience at the Norcross one, so I decided to review it. I will keep the streak going and tell my friends.

I have lived & supported the Camp Creek location for over six years. I went last night to get dinner for my family. I waited in line as is usual for it is a busy location. Two young African American young ladies were taking orders or should I say one of the two. The second young lady just stood there she looked my way 3 or 4 times without asking me for my order. She then turned her back and chatted with the staff preparing the food. Another customer came in (African American) she then turned around and asked him for his order. I said «excuse me I’ve been waiting patiently» and she just looked at me like I was crazy. It became crystal clear she had an issue with my skin color. So instead of causing a stink I left. I decided to call the manager on duty to let them know what had just happen. When I called I was left on hold for over 5 mins. I hung up and called again same person answered and put me on hold again… this time I hung up before the 5 min mark was achieved again. I called back a third time, same person answered and I told she can keep putting me on hold but I would continue to call until I was able to speak with a manager… presto a manager was available smh. I told the manager what just happen and she said that it’s not uncommon for her staff to look at customers and not offer help… I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… she was condoning her staffs actions. She did offer me a complimentary meal. I told her that was not the reason for the call and declined the offer. You can’t bribe your way out of situations like this… correcting the problem is the solution. I am Caucasian and was highly offended by pure and simple racist way I was handled by staff & management at this location. There are way too many options for me as a consumer to support a business… so when the manager asked if I would return I wanted to ask her would she? But instead I said no.

Rude. Poor customer service.
I’ve been to several Zaxbys here in Atlanta and they all have great customer service.

Over good food. Best sandwich clubs. Haven’t been inside always drive thru. Service is pretty speedy. Location does tend to get packed later in the evening as well as weekends.

A girl from Seattle who despises fried chicken… holly sh*t balls!!! It was mouth watering amazing!!! I was coupled with a boy from Louisiana and he was impressed!
The coleslaw was creamy, bitter & sweet all at once… and when you top it on your fried chicken it becomes an orgasmic experience!
For a fast food chain this place rocks! I will deff make this a stop when I’m back in town!

Mmm… fried white Cheddar bites are my only weakness. I can eat pounds of them. All day. Everyday. And this place filled my fiending needs quickly.

You ain’t lived until you had some Zax’s sauce! Lemme tell ya! I had some chicken strips and fries and drink and was in HEAVEN! I highly recommend.

If you want fast food that doesn’t have the fast food manufactured tast, Zaxby’s is your place. The chicken is real. The portions are good. The prices are average. The folks behind the counter are always smiling and pleasant. I always order the Buffalo Bleu Zalad. Crispy lettuce, tomatoes, those little fried onion things, bleu cheese morsals, and yummy buffalo chicken. It’s my all time favorite. There are porbably other things on the menu that I would enjoy just as much, but I hate to change from something as good as that Zalad!

A decent Zaxby’s, although not the best one I’ve ever been to. It seems like they are always busy and the food takes a little longer to come out. Quality-​wise, it’s average. Last time I was there the ice was out at the drink machine for our entire visit. The other thing I hate here is that the proximity to the movie theater means there’s always a ton of unruly teenagers hanging around. That is not the restaurant’s fault, but it is a factor if you’re just trying to go in and eat some freakin’ chicken. I get irritated quickly by the noise level, the «your mother let you leave the house in that??!» outfits, and the blatant use of water cups for soda consumption. In the future I think we’ll just get it to go. I am, however, super glad to have a Zaxby’s nearby again, and even better that the Zensation is back right now!

I didn’t know this place was here. It is sort of out of the way, and doesn’t look like most of the other Zaxby’s with which I am familiar.
This is a typical Zaxby”s. The food is a little better than most fast food, but not by much.
They took our order fairly quickly, but then they got confused about whose order was whose. Luckily it was with me and my friend, so we figured it out.
Oh, it isn’t readily apparent, but there is more parking behind the building.

I guess when you don’t eat at a place for a while, you can enjoy it again.
This Zaxby’s had gotten to the point were they were giving out soggy salads, cold fries, and since they got rid of the lemon pepper wings, I really had no reason to visit.
I went back today since I was in the neighborhood. The cashier was a lil olé lady that im sure is working during her retirement, but she took our orders quickly and efficiently. She repeated the orders and overall had a very good dispositon.
I will say the «boys» in the kitchen were all laughing as if someone else had told a good joke, because they were all laughs and high fiving one another.
The drivethru had 15 cars wrapping around the building at three in the afternoon.
My salad (The Blue) has gone up in price by 49 cents since the last time I had one, but it was fresh, and their wasnt a puddle of water in the bottom of the bowl, it was very good. I wish the tomatoes would have been a little more chopped, but thats not anything I couldnt do for myself.
Spent almost $ 10 on a salad and lemonade.

Typical Zaxby’s here. 5 Min wait for food since they cook it fresh while you wait. Bathrooms and dining area was clean. I hate dropping $ 10 for lunch on chicken strips. Too many food places in the Camp Creek area to return.

Food is ok. Had to wait 15 minutes on our order and the staff did seem concerned about the delay.
