**NEVERUSETHESECROOKS** These people are the worst. I took a power hit and lost my fridge and water heater. I called them and they came out and assessed the situation. The fridge was an easy fix for them with a 91.00 part. They fixed that and told me they had to order the main board for the water heater. the total was going to be 299.60 for both the fridge and the water heater. they took 200.00 from me and were to call when they got the part. Long story short this was on April 23rd2012 and to date, they have never called with my part. I finally(after calling them for about a week and getting nowhere) called whirlpool who asked for the serial number and told me it was under warranty. They sent a new one over night(for free) and I had it fixed in 5 minutes. I never told them and they never called me back to come back and fix it. They got away with more money than they should have and never considered returning the extra money they took. NEVERNEVER use A1A Refrigeration and appliance, they are the worst kind of criminals!

These guys are just plain terrible. They came out and did an estimate, ok. We needed repairs done on two products and they said someone would call us to schedule an appointment in the middle of that week. After 10 days passed we called them multiple times and left numerous voicemails, with no returned calls until another 5 days had passed. They stated that they would be out today(Saturday 2−4PM). NOCALL, NOSHOW! I’m absolutely done with them and if anyone does actually use them beware. A1A Sucks!

DON’T use this business. I went without a refrigerator/freezer for almost 3 weeks because of them. It took a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and multiple calls to get the appliance working. The first service call was $ 220 dollars and I was assured that everything was working. So I took the frozen food off of the ice I had it on and put it back in the freezer after letting it sit for three hours as recommended. The next morning water from the melted ice was all over the floor and over a hundred dollars of food was ruined. After multiple broken promises, no call-no shows, and having to request to work from home to meet someone that didn’t show up, a complaint was filed and I called my bank to dispute the charge. Not bad people, just a very poorly run business with no customer care.
