Life’s a beach, yeah I know. Though as a return renter of one of their prime locations so I could take my family to the beach and we could be together without my little sister Nancy for the first time. Due to her untimely passing. I have major issue with them sending me a two line email the day before we were to be there. That stated there would be a beach re nourishment going on in the area… Lol, what a bunch of B.S. Malarkey.
The entire 200 yards of beach directly in front of the house «Carolina Dreaming» was roped off and filled with giant earthmoving bulldozers and trucks and pipe… That they kept working around the clock until 5am. When I contacted Atlantic Beach Realty they sent a person by the next day to give us four beer coozies with their logo on them and a coupon for a discount at a local restaurant.
The construction continued every night. With the Beep Beeep BEEPing backup sounds and headlights rocking into the house all night… I needed a vacation from this construction site when my vacation was over… So there you have it. Have a great summer. Go to the mountains… –c.c.

I have used this company several times with good results. I want to write about a recent specific case. I had reserved a condo and was notified that there would be construction in the condo next door during my stay. I was given option of moving, or cancelling my contract. As it turned out, I chose to cancel contract. The folks I dealt with were very nice and helpful. They did not try to pressure me into a specific path. They refunded my payment promptly. I will absolutely use them for my next trip to Atlantic Beach!
