It’s really cool to know they still have places like this! When I walked in and it looked like a factory ! Jim seems to be an expert in his work and has been doing this for years! I didn’t want to take my purse to just anybody to get repairs and I am so glad that I stumbled upon this place!
Jim was so thorough about all the options about fixing the purse. He really went out of his way to show me the best fit and was honest about what would hold up and what wouldn’t .which really impressed me! You can tell this guy has a passion for what he does and is extremely reasonable. Most places you have to drop your stuff off and it takes a while to get it back; but I was in and out in about 20 minutes! I was absolutely delighted that I was able to have my purse back the same day! Thank you so much Jim’s shoe repair!!!
… I am now adding more to this review because the pieces that he used to fix the purse are now turning a weird Rusty green color. I also brought Another purse to him (before noticing the rusty stuff on the other purse). When I picked it up that handles were not fixed as they were supposed to be and then he wanted to charge me an extra 10 or $ 15 to fix them so I told him I would just try to figure it out myself. Changing from 5 stars to 4 stars. Just a little disappointed from my last visit. I was expecting to see my purse looking like new again and it was only halfway done.
