So I called mr auto to try to get auto insurance since I had just moved to Florida. I explained that I was staying at a friends house until I found a place to live. He proceeded to tell me he couldn’t sell me insurance without everybody who lived there’s social and license number. I explained that i was only staying a few days there and he didn’t care. So I tried to give him my old address and he called me a liar. I like to support small companies instead of giants like geico but after dealing with the rude representative I’ll be going to the General! Work on customer service if you want to get new customers!
