Ocean Nails

I was a first time walk in today and this was hands down one of the best mani/​pedis I’ve ever had. I have a toenail that is cracked down the middle and has been for years. I informed the lady doing my pedicure about it and she took such great care to not cause me any discomfort. I’ve had several salons tell me oh its just a hang nail and rip it off. I didn’t even notice when the chair turned off because I was so relaxed from the fact that they were taking such great care of me. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would definitely go back. Probably will very very soon!

Nice people, great pedicure stations, no cramped feeling or overwhelming salon scents. Families go there but somehow it’s still serene. If you’re shy like me, then this is a good choice.

I have been going to ocean nails every 2 weeks for the last 12 years! I absolutely 100% love this place! They are a family owned and operated buissness. That have always given me amazing treatment and they always take care of me! They have a very wide variety of services they offer. and anytime I bring someone in with me they take care of them amazingly well! As long as I live in Jacksonville I will always continue to go to ocean nails and I also will continue to refer they’re buissness! They treat me as if I’m family and they have very great prices as well and do an amazing job at all of they’re services including hand drawn nail designs!!!

I chose this nail salon because they were close to my home. I walked in, was sat right away. No one started working on my nails for about 20minutes. I wasn’t to bothered by that, I was bothered by the fact that… 3 different people worked on my nails! I asked for a pink & white fill! The first guy didn’t really know what he was doing, he said «I’m just grinding the nails down so they can fill them»… Well he ended up pretty much filled my whole acrylic down to nothing! He only did 3 – 4 of my nails. Then he passed me off to another guy who just followed in the first guys footsteps and didn’t know what he was doing. When they lady who was originally was going to do my nails came over, she looked at my nails and shook her head. I knew exactly what she was thinking «those idiots messed up he nails, now I have to fix things». I was a little upset they didn’t have the same pink to do the fill. So I settled for what was closest, big mistake! The color was like clear! Not pink at all! I wouldn’t suggest this place for a pink & white fill at all! But if you are just getting a new set… I think this place would be perfect! The work the woman did on my nails were great, I just hated how they looked (color wise), and I was a little upset they started to lift after 10days!

I moved to the Neptune Beach almost a year ago. My sister recommended Ocean Nails. She has been going there for years. Now I go there every 2 weeks. For pedicures, manicures and gel nails.
It is a family-​owned business. Everyone is incredibly professional and friendly. They are so nice and take great care with every customer. Love it!

Okay, I have taken my daughters here for years. They enjoy it, but sometimes some of the chairs were not working and it was frustrating.
However, that all changed this visit as they have installed all new chairs, new tables, new equipment and new dryers. The transformation was amazing.
I have no reservations about giving this five stars and the chair massage options are worth the price of admission alone.

Although its not a spa, Ocean Nails is a family owned and operated nail salon that I love to frequent. I’ve been coming since 2002 and love them.
The place is clean, the employees are still the same after all these years, the service is quick and thorough. I love that they give great massages after the pedicure.
Best of all, I love that they are clean. I’ve seen them bleaching the walls even. They clean all the supplies and the pedi bowls very well also. Love love love Ocean Nails!!!

I’ve always been a fan of Ocean Nails and find myself going back occasionally. My only complaint is the service is not consistent. I always come in with at least my BFF if not more girls and they don’t always remember to do our brows. The last time they just blatantly ignored our repeated request. Haven’t been back. Advantage, if you are a new customer, they will go over and beyond for your business. Disadvantage, if you are repeating customer, you will wait…

Ocean Nails is not what you expect when you pull in the parking lot. It is huge and has a ton going on! They have taken up two store fronts and offer a plethora of services.
They offer the usual manicures and pedicures, along with every type of nail overlay out there. Waxing of course!
Here’s what is different. There are hair salon chairs in the center. I didn’t see anyone working when I was there, but I will assume that is what the are for. Then you have the facials, European facials and non surgical facelifts and eyelash extensions!
The staff is friendly and easy going. The pedicure was good and the leg massage was wonderful! I am so glad I rediscovered this place!
