Disaster! My boyfriend booked this hotel for Valentine’s Day weekend. I should have known it was a disaster when we first checked in. I should have also known we were doomed from the start when I saw a few people making complaints at the front desk about various issues… First of all, the room keycards were so janky. There is a certain way to put the card in and we spent 5 minutes trying to get in. On our last day, after my boyfriend struggled with the key yet again, they then realized that the locks and bolts needed to be replaced. Seriously? Secondly, there were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom. Really? After my boyfriend mentioned this to the front desk, the clerk said that they were going to put them in our room. After a few hours, still no towels, so he had to get them himself off of the cart. Lastly, I got bit by bedbugs. What a way to end off Valentine’s Day. The décor and furniture are so 1970’s…enough said. The wifi, if there was any, was horrible. We’re writing to the Better Business Bureau…

First off, I would like to thank my friend’s boyfriend for picking this gem of a place. Without him the memories would not be this magical. When we got there the computer was broken and it took forever to check in. Then we got to the room. It was a disaster. The door to the hallway was held together by a spring into the drywall reminiscent of a chip clip. The door to the outside parking lot was not actually attached to a door frame. It was just somehow an extension of the wall. The bathroom door did not close at all. The bathroom was a whole problem in itself. The ceiling in the shower had drywall patching. It was crumbling into the shower. The water from the room above was also trickling into the shower. The back 2 feet of the ceiling was covered in patches of black mold. The mold was the only thing that did not crumble into the shower. It was solidly in place and will be the only thing that survives when the ceiling finally gives weigh and collapses. On the plus side, if we needed a toothbrush there was an old one left behind with yellow/brown bristles. Also, I felt safe because the Lord was with us. Someone made crosses out of palms and put them above the pictures. The smell was awesome. If we wanted to smoke cigarettes we did not have to. We could just breathe in the old smoke in our non smoking room. There was also some weird dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. We did, however, leave with all our underwear. Unlike that poor other Unilocaler. And they did not kick us out of our room. I wish they did.

This place has BEDBUGS and ROACHES: O it’s an unclean terrible place to be in. No one gives a damn. My boyfriend and i decided to leave the place when we got bit at 4am. The lady at the reception desk lied to us that the manager Amar had left when we saw him outside the place. This place needs to be shut down, I don’t know how anyone would pay to live here even for a night!!!

This place is so gross, dirty, and disgusting. As soon as I saw the room, I went to the front desk and he issued a refund which took 3 days to post. Immediately a couple walked in and was issued the same room I just checked out of. There was a small sign that read breakfast is only on the weekends, which is misleading since I searched a hotel that serves breakfast. The cleaning lady was saying to another staff member something to the tune of, «There are no more clean sheets». I thought I would save money by staying here on memorial weekend, but ended up going home the same day. These accommodations are the worst.

A clean and reasonable price for labor day weekend. My Sister and I stayed here labor day weekend since every other hotel was charging too much for just one night stay.
