I love this store since it’s one of the few left standing at the Pier Shops.
The store itself is bright (even though the hallway is creepy dark and very empty). The staff are usually very friendly and attentive since it’s so quiet in there even on like a Saturday afternoon. The merchandise is nicely displayed and easy to look around with its open floor plan. The staff will always give you a «new» product off the floor that way it’s never been on display, which is nice.
The prices are the normal prices you would expect from MK. If you want to pay cheaper, go to the outlet store a few blocks away.

Marina was amazing! She has great style and is super knowledgeable about the brand. A total gem! When you visit ask for her.

The staff is limited. There were only 2 employees when we were there. They jumped back and forth with us. We made a purchase and it went pretty smoothly. Checking out was horrible. Questions after questions. All for name. Phone. Address and email. Never ending. Felt like just canceling the order. And walking out. They need to come up with better policies with those q&a’s at the checkout. The staff was nice and we got treated fairly. At the end we was happy with the purchase just the those q&a’s.

Clean store, displays are always done nicely and not sloppy.
I work nearby so I always find myself kind of lingering in the store. I’ve gotten a few pairs of shoes, a watch, and some clothing from this location. If you’re shopping this location you MUST SEE CLAUDETTE! She is the reason I keep coming back to this store! She is so good with getting to know her clients and reaching out to me whenever there is something that comes in that I might be remotely interested in! She will and does go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy!!!

While partaking in the Unilocal’s Winter Break II, I had some time on my hands to do a little window shopping. I like MK so of course I had to stop in to investigate the latest trends. The store has a nice layout that is customer-​flow-​friendly. As expected, I was able to see some of the latest trends and styles for bags, scarves, accessories, etc. — just lovely. The staff was very friendly, however, I didn’t have a need to interact with them much so I can’t really speak on customer service. If you like Michael Kors, it is worth while to take a peak.

I frequent this location and recently stopped in to pick up a new bag. Everyone is always very helpful and cheerful so that’s a plus. My one complaint is that when I made my purchase they didn’t mention their return policy. Any time I’ve been to a store that has a limited return policy — they always ask if you are aware of their stores return policy. I’m disappointed I wasn’t made aware of this. When I got home and attempted to switch bags over I found the bag to be too small for my every day use. I contacted the store for their hours and she advised me that I cannot get my money back, only store credit. Like I said, I frequent this store so it isn’t a huge deal however I feel that if stores have «unique» return policies they should at least make you aware of it before you spend 200 $.

A good Michael Kors factory store with the usual MK offerings. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing particularly outstanding or disappointing in this location.

I’m not sure why anyone would shop at the regular Michael Kors store when the outlet exists. They have the same-​if not a better– selection of handbags with a nice discount. Just today I scored a new bag from the new Spring collection at a $ 30 discount. This store also has a nice selection of clothes as well.
This particular location is very well staffed, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in a serious decision between handbags, and I feel confident in our collective choice!
Don’t let the crowds (or location for that matter) scare you-​you will be in and out with your new addition in minutes!

I loved this store! Come here before the outlet store 4 or 5 blocks away, the staff was helpful and informative, but not pushy. and the prices were the same. If you decided to go to the outlet, it gets packed! Jen was the best, alas I will only get to see her again if I go back to Vegas. The other girls were not snooty and stuck up, like some of the other stores in the Pier.

Great location and very helpful. The store does get a little busy at times because of where it’s located and it can get hot in there too. I know– not major concerns by any means! The staff are really nice here but sometimes become to caught up in socializing with one another to notice that you might need help. It’s a younger crowd working there, so there’s that element as well.
