Soo, came here for an after Christmas mini vaca, check was a breeze, I stayed in a king size room and isn’t to bad for 2 pplz, but if u have issues about how classy the rooms should be. Then yes, it’s not that appealing, just the price. I’ve been coming to ac for a very long time and it just seems to get more worst, it’s kinda hard to leave any hotel and walk with the locals, it’s completely run down, abandon buildings, homeless begging on the street, prostitues, pimps, I live in New York and I’m used to a lot but this was a shock! Someone in the jersey state government need to help, all these pplz and the casinos!!! I was robbed playing craps because I doubled, they made sure I lost! Honest, not at all! These casinos need to rape suckers In order to survive. There are good old time family business also and I feel very bad for them in the coming future! There food is much better than most ny places! Ac is probably better in the summer time but I can’t really see how though Very sad to see this go down under

Door lock didn’t work. We jammed a chair under the handle for security. Room clearly hasn’t been cleaned… an old plastic fork on the floor when we arrived. Housekeeping was terrible. Took our wet towels but didn’t replace. Bathroom wasn’t touched at all during our stay(nothing was even moved on the counter-just a new roll of toilet paper). Tiny, black, slimy bug crawling in bathroom. One restaurant that we didn’t bother trying. The whole place is a shell from the past. Lots of empty space where there used to be casino games, long, dark, empty hallways make it feel like a creepy maze to find your way around. They call themselves«historic» but I think that’s code for«OLD». Bathroom desperately needs updates. Two people can barely fit in. Water pressure was LOW and hot water was mediocre. Gift shop was a joke. Cigarettes and lottery tix Atlantic City is in such a free falling decline, hotels like this only help to continue the unsavory feeling of the city, especially to out-of-towers. Just plain scary after dark Improve the place or close it down. It’s an overpriced eyesore.

I stayed here for Memorial day weekend. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything in the room looked brand new. That is pretty much the only good thing about the hotel. Oh and there is a connecting hall to Bally’s on the second floor. The elevators are extremely slow. I waited 25 minutes for the elevator once and just gave up and took the stares. Luckily I was on the eighth floor so the walk down the stairs could have been worst. The staircase look worn out and a little scary looking. I wouldn’t take the stairs alone. The place is a ghost town. Besides the time I checked in and checked out I didn’t see not one staff member or other people. I found this to be weird since it was Memorial day weekend. The water in our tub was not going down the drain. I called it in to the front desk and was told someone would be up shortly to fix it. An hour passes and nothing, so I call again. The front desk apologizes and supposedly sends someone up. No one ever showed up but thankfully my friend was able to fix it herself. My friends and I purchased tickets to an events online and needed to print our tickets. So we asked if it were possible to print them at the front desk office. We offered to pay for the print outs. The front desk responded that they did not have any printers. Really? The whole entire hotel has no printers? We didn’t bother addressing the absurd answer since they were clearly not interested in helping us out. The deal I purchased to stay at The Cartridge Hotel included two complimentary drinks at their bar. When I got off the floor where the bar was suppose to be there was nothing there. The bar was being constructed from the ground up. The hot tubs were also non-existent since they too were being constructed. Basically with all the options there are in Atlantic city I’ll never stay here again.
