Vintage Variety is one of my absolute favorite shops. I found this little gem when I moved to Monmouth County 9 years ago. You never know what you are going to find. I’ve found awesome vintage clothing and shoes and accessories at great prices. I once even bought a Trina Turk dress for under $ 100! Meredith the owner is super nice and always wiling to help you find what you need. You can always find something for someone here, whether it’s for yourself or a gift for someone special. Make sure you check out this awesome place!

I love this place!!! It’s like stepping back in time — bringing to the surface so many memories of being young and fun. The toys, the clothes, THE RECORDS!!! Vintage Variety is the feel good spot of the Highlands. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the prices are way beyond reasonable. If you can’t find it anywhere else, look for it here!

Appears to be a lovely vintage shop. Then you step inside, inquire as to the price of new candles (which, why the heck are they in a second hand store?) and get the rudest response in the universe. Walked right out. Not worth your time to have such incredibly rude service.

V. V has been my go to shop for vintage clothing and antiques for 4 – 5 years now. Not just because of Meredith’s huge selection but her knowledge on everything in her shop and how helpful she is when you are trying to find something specific. Meredith knows exactly what to pull out for you to try on, not to mention it’s almost always the first thing she pulls out I wind up taking home.
