When my son was born, we were referred to Dr. Germain. We found him and his practice to be warm and inviting. Dr. Germain’s bedside manner is comforting and reassuring to new parents, and he’s very patient with my toddler son, who trusts him as a respected authority figure.
As a member of Sturdy Pediatric Associates, Dr. Germain shares his office with a number of other doctors, who we’ve also had the pleasure of knowing when they’ve been on-​call. The practice purposefully leaves appointment slots open in the day for emergencies; we’ve never had a problem getting in.
The offices are clean, the magazines are relatively current, and there are waiting-​room activities for the kids, and reward stickers after a visit. Thumbs up!
