They are the only ones around who consistently do not screw up my iced coffee. As many commuters who live in this area understand, I can offer no higher praise to any eating establishment. They have the standard New England donut shop stuff like coffee rolls and lemon squares. Their cinnamon sticks are a local favorite. I don’t like their donuts but their muffins are very good. Once a while they’ll have interesting and special items like bacon donuts and butter rum muffins. The people there seem to genuinely care about delivering good and interesting food, which is something I don’t expect from the local donut shop. Helpful hint: Be careful turning in and out of that plaza! It’s kind of a tricky place to get into during very busy times. Also, because it is where Route 123 takes a right turn, you need to be extra careful about traffic when turning in. What I like about them: Great variety of flavored coffees delivered by friendly people. What I might suggest they offer? savory scones– ham and cheese, sausage and cheese etc.

Wow. Terrible terrible service. Ordered ½ dozen donuts, bagel & sandwich wrap. Got to the window and was pleased she asked if I wanted a bag for two boxes. I said, «yes please, thanks!» I thought that was very nice of her. Then asked. Is the bagel and sandwich in the second one. She replied,“nope that’s the dozen donuts you ordered.” I said,“I only ordered ½ a dozen.” She replied(under her breath) «I heard him say 1 dozen…» With attitude. I was surprised because she was so nice to offer a bag before… Then another girl(reddish hair) comes up and gives me my refund… And her attitude was even worse than the first Spanish girl saying…“next time he confirms with you what your ordering make sure you confirm correctly.” I was SO taken aback… Like REALLY?! How could you be so rude to your customer?! I was pleasant and compliant. Not mad at all that they messed up my order and I had to wait a few extra minutes. It WASNT busy.(No cars in front of or in back of me) I will never come back here. I plan on contacting the manager tomorrow.
