Dr. Kroessler is probably the most rude and miserable person I’ve ever met. She kept yawning excessively through my appointment-​and not yawns she was trying to stifle or be discreet about-​she would stop talking to take long, loud yawns like she was at home in front of the TV. Man, life must be tough. Want to help me with my migraines now? Very unprofessional. My appointment ended when she stopped talking to me to type notes in her computer and eventually gave me a look like ‘you’re still here?’ and said, «you can go now.» I cancelled all further appointments with her. I felt very uncomfortable in the office. Lots of blank faces behind the glass in the waiting room. Desperately looking for a doctor elsewhere.
