Brought my old laptop here several time. They always take the time to diagnose the problem and give you a fair estimate before doing the work. They tell you what is wrong and don’t talk down to you. This last time the laptop’s fan went and the guy at the store could have fixed the fan and charged me a lot. Instead he took all my files off the machine and recommended that I buy another computer. He then took the time to find out what I used the machine for and suggested that I didn’t need one of their machines as theirs are more for business, but I could getaway with one from best buy. Sensible computer saved me a ton of money again! Thx guys!
