Stopped here with boyfriend on lunch break… Pulled up to the drive through menu. Waited a few minuets, finally there was a confused«uh. Hello?» Through the speaker. What a rude way to answer. I then proceeded to tell my order. To which I got no reply. Waited a few seconds… «hello?» No response… Are you kidding me? So I swing around front and the boyfriend goes in to order. He asked what was up with the drive through. Everyone seemed to be confused and then a miserable manager with an attitude comes and asks if she can help. Just trying to order food. The service at this place was a joke. Not even the manager cared.

I really want to give them no stars. This place is awful! I recently moved to Attleboro from Boston(you’d expect worst service in the city, than a rural area) but no, not in this case! This Wendy’s location offers some of the rudest employees, poor service and food. Yes, I understand this is a fast food joint but I expect decent service no matter how much you dislike your job. The wait time in the drive-thru is typically 10mins, so they’ll have you park. After a long wait they’ll more than likely forget to include something, give you the wrong order, bring you cold food or all of the above. Do yourself a favor, visit McDonald’s on the same strip. They’re always very welcoming, friendly, fast and efficient!

Worst Wendy’s chain ever… stinks because it is nearby! Everytime I order a baked potato here, it is burnt, dry and stale OR they don’t have any? Everytime I order salad they forget to add utensils or croutons etc… Most of the time the servers are rude… one refused to add bacon to my potato and gave me a huge attitude. After going there so many times with very unpleasant experiences, I have decided that today was the last and I would finally put in my «warning» review. Pass them by and head to Taco Bell… always great service and fresh food.

I’m a bit confused about the Wendy’s brand in general lately, the last I heard they had beaten out Burger King for being the second highest rated fast food chain in the US. Anyway, with the number of Wendy’s locations shutting down near my home and work, I was quite excited to make a late lunch stop with a friend at the Attleboro location this past weekend. We opted to eat our lunch inside and chat a bit. As I approached the counter to order, I encountered a disappointed customer, who proceeded to tell me to «not even try ordering a baked potato because they were all out»(interesting to say the least). After a couple minutes, I ordered a couple things off of the«value menu» and then my friend and I waited for our food. I am then notified they are out of honey mustard. Really?! It kind of made me wonder what else they had run out of. The manager did go out of his way to give me some of the deli honey mustard they use for sandwiches, so I will give him some credit but I couldn’t help but notice how understaffed they appeared and how glum the employees seemed. Once our food was all set we spent about 5 minutes in the dining area attempting to find a clean table, the dining area was filthy! Not only were most of the tables dirty but the floors were littered with food and garbage as well. This experience in general really just made me wonder what the hell is going on with Wendy’s? Have they all gone so far down hill lately for a reason?
