Nothing special at all. I would encourage the store manager to explain proper cleanliness to his employee’s. That one little kid scratching his head and making my wife’s sundae didn’t sit very well.

i must say in true honesty that the establishement itself is clean and the employees try to be as helpful as they know how to… but as far as the owner goes —she has no idea on how to run a good business with good customer service! and i truly think she might have a chance staying in business if she teaches herself that being prejiduce and stuck up does not pay when you should be concentrating on customer service… im not trying to give too much personal info out but when you get reply from a complaint on an email that starts«stuckupsharon11@…“it really makes you think… i will drive an hour for ice cream before returning to this place! so all i can reccomend is that if you have to go there go with your guard up and if you happen to get sharon(the owner) i would say to ask for another person to help you so that you can save yourself the pain… OHYEA… AND I ONLYGAVEITONESTARBECAUSEITWOULDNTLETMEPOSTWITHOUTATLEASTONE!
