Terrible. This place changed ownership and ever since I have had horrible service. I specifically told the lady that I didn’t want my eyebrows thin. I walked out with uneven, thin brows. I won’t be back. 12 dollars for bad service, and lack of customer service skills.

I’ve been here twice on Sunday’s and they’re never open despite their hours say they’re supposed to be! Horrible service. Not coming back anymore

I walked in at 7:45 after observing the neon blinking open sign and hours posted on their door stating they were open until 8. There was a lady sitting behind the counter who informed me they were closed. She looked up at her clock which also said 7:45 and proceeded to say to me «We closed at 8». I’m not sure if she was just not well versed in the art of time telling or if it was a language barrier (which I doubt because her English was pretty clear and also because I’m Indian. She would have tried to speak Hindi if that was the case). I would have loved to support their business, unfortunately, they just didn’t have the time for me!

Amazing place for threading! I’m from SJ so it’s really hard to find a good threading place out here but I definitely recommend this place :) 4 stars just because it’s a little on the expensive side ($ 10 for eyebrows/​$ 6 for upperlip). For a new place, it should be a little cheaper. Other than that, the place is very clean and professional. Right across from Marshall’s!
