Horrible service the drive thru takes 10 minutes and they constantly get my order wrong. While their competitors strive to improve drive thru service this location constantly under staffs. The same lady that works the first cashier window runs down to the service window.

Horrible. These people are burger crooks. You pay for food and they don’t give you the right order. Borderline fraud. I’ve been to this one three times in the past two years and each time they’ve got my order wrong. I’ve even made it a point to go inside to order and check my order. They’ve forgotten burgers, they’ve given me the wrong order, they’ve given me smaller burgers when I paid for the bigger, more expensive one. I don’t know if they’re instructed to short orders or if the employees are that incompetent. I guess it is hard to read an order off a monitor, then put those items in a bag*. *sarcasm it’s very easy

I actually had a good experience here today. Quite a few people in the restaurant compared to some other visits. Erica who was behind the counter greeted me and was super friendly when taking my order. My order was correct and came out pretty quick. The only bad thing was my fries were cold :(

Every couple years when I finally get over my last bad experience they let me down again. I think all BKs are going down but this one surprises me it hasn’t gone out of business yet. It just keeps hanging on

I don’t know why I keep coming here. The service is slow, and non attentive. I was one of 3 people in restaurant and I was at the front to of line and took 5 minutes to even get say anything to me. Next time I’ll go to Carl’s

No stars! Only cuz i had to out one in to post how horrible your store and food is. My burger looked like a rat ate half of it before it was put on the bun. Don’t waste your money or your time! You will be disappointed every time. Service and management are horrible.
