Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Two weeks ago I ordered a pizza 3 mediums one Hawaiian one MeatLovers one Combo wings and bread sticks. The medium combo pizza was not cooked all the way — very doughy — I called in spoke to one of managers — she told me she would be able to send another combo pizza on the next order… Called today and was told that they never noted the conbo pizza — I like mountain mikes but I will no longer order from this placd — VERY POOR CUSTOMER service !
They need real Managers — need to learn how to deal with customers better !

Not that impressed. Pizza is just okay. Very expensive. Not a lot of sauce. Salad bar a little sluggish. I would suggest you bump up the pies.

Great service, pretty good pizza, but the salad bar is small, and prices are pretty steep. Lunch buffet is very well worth the money.
The service is OK, not real good, but not too bad. When placing an order they could have pretended a little better that my business was appreciated. It was like, «What do you want?, give me your money, sit down and wait till we bring it to ya.» They really didn’t say it quote that way, but her attitude exuded that feeling.

Pizza is mediocre at best. Very greasy. Service is absolutely terrible. I called in an order for delivery and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes (phone times it) and finally hung up and called back abs they answered can you hold I said no and they put me right on hold anyway. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the girl was absolutely rude and after being put on hold three more times for at least 5 minutes each time and people who weren’t even the manager kept getting on phone and when I would say are you the manager they would say no ill get them but didn’t. Once I finally got to the manager he said oh well don’t know what to tell you we are busy. I run a very busy, pretty big business and if my employees or managers acted the way they did I would fire then immediately. This guy didn’t even care. I will no longer be using mountain miles for my business meetings or for when I buy all of my employees pizza for lunch or when I get pizza for my youth sports teams. I am also asking all of my family and friends and anyone else who has any guts and standards to boycott them. It is time we start demanding good service with the prices we pay. These aren’t 5 dollar little cesar pizzas. One star only cause I can’t pick zero

I like this spot rather then the one in Merced. Doesn’t look as dark and cold… Pizza is great… Kids like to play the games and they usually win on the claw… Haha we will be back

Pizza was great. Delivery man was pleasant and friendly. Delivery was quick.
5 stars in my book.

We called in a pick-​up order. Had we not, we would not have purchased the pizza. The eating area looks old & worn. It is not inviting. While we were paying, I observed a male employee throw something that looked like a piece of pizza topping at the female employee preparing the pizzas. Kids will be kids, but managers are supposed to make sure his kind of stuff doesn’t happen. This was our first experience with Mountain Mike’s. We liked the pizza just fine, but if there’s a next, it will be at a different location.

Greasy lukewarm foid, overpriced and bland. The order was lost we showed up expecting to pick up goid and it wasn’t even ordered. The owner didn’t apologize and didn’t wsnt to explain why my order wasn’t placed and was so rude. vI will never go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. They barely speak English and I felt abused by this rude owner. stay away unless you wsnt to be treated rudely.

Very dissatisfied with their service. My grandparents ordered a pizza for pick up a large combination, she asked them to cut the pizza into smaller slices. (my grandparents are 78 and 88) they showed her the pizza but she was paying more attention to the smaller slices not even noticing they gave her the wrong pizza. So she called and asked for the supervisor and she told my grandma it was he own problem since she accepted the pizza and next time to ask for the supervisor when ordering a pizza. This isn’t the first time they have missed up on her pizza I’m very upset how they treated my grandparents you would think they have have a little more respect for the elderly. Especially that they are veterans. They lost a great customer.

Pizza was tasty, hot and crispy. Ordered 6 specialty pizzas and all were delicious. Cheap and awesome! Good beer tap selection for having only some to choose from. I’m not from the area, but I’d go again. Gave it a 3 because I didn’t taste their ranch which matters a lot when eating pizza.

Buffet was great, fresh pizza, variety and decent salad bar. My daughter loves this place we come every other week!

I really like their pizza because they pile on the toppings, especially on the specialty pizzas. We only do takeout and they are always ready fast. We’d love it if Mountain Mike’s expanded to SoCal, where we live! In the meantime, we consider it a treat when we’re in Atwater.

Mountain Mike’s in Atwater serves good pizza. I bought a bunch of ‘buy one, get one free’ coupons at the beginning of the year, and we use them for work all the time. Only one time has the pizza arrived a little cold, but that’s not bad for as many times as we’ve ordered. Their lunch buffet at the store is okay too (3.75 stars for that).

Me and my friends meet at the Atwater Mountain Mikes every two weeks on pay days before work.
Pros: The food is good and not priced to bad. The service is generally good. It can get kind of busy in there sometimes when large groups of people are there but there is enough room so that you don’t feel crowded.
Cons: Sometimes it can take them a while to get the pizza out and keep em coming. It would be nice also if they cut the slices of pizza bigger. I feel rather greedy when i have to take four slices of pizza. lol
Overall the Mountain mikes is a fun, clean, and relaxing place to eat before work.

The pizza is tasty, the crispy pepperonis on top are the best! They do cut the pizzas into a million skinny pieces, but overall, it’s good pizza at a cheap price.

decent pizza — not awful but not terribly impressive. kinda tastes like round table and this may be lose point for some, but i do like how they slice their pizza into smaller pieces so nibblers like me can handle slices without making my hands super greasy. plus, the pride of saying «i finished off 8 slices of pizza» (even if they’re three-​bite slices) makes me happy.
