These guys did an excellent job moving me from my apartment to my new house. I wasn’t sure if I could move all my belongings by myself so I called them last minute and they were happy to complete my move. They did it fast and without incident

Just wanted to give this an update.
Used them again for our move about a month ago. Great service and great move again. I’m not sure from reading the other reviews what the issue was. I don’t know if people are expecting them to pack or unpack their things. I sure did not. They help me moved from point A to point B and were really kind and efficient. They came with a big uhaul and moved TWO homes into one.
Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Bait and switch. Spoke to owner on Wednesday to set up a Friday move. Advised this person what I was moving and that it would take no more then 2 hours. A time was set for Friday morning.
Received a call Thursday at around 8 pm asking if we could reschedule to Saturday. I said no, I have to move by end of day on Friday. Was told OK, we will be there in morning.
Received another call at 8 am Friday morning. I was told at this point that «we have a 4 hour minimum». I advised that I would not pay for 4 hours as there is no mention of a minimum on the ad and there was never a discussion of this during our previous conversations. After a few moments I was hung up on. Luckily I was able to get someone else to come do the move.
Bottom line is I would not waste my time with this company. IMO was just a blatant attempt to rip me off. If you want to charge a 4 hour minimum put it on your ad or tell your client about it when you are booking the job. Not 2 hours before you are supposed to show up.
And no you did not tell me any of this beforehand.
