Starbucks

Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this one is the best! I have a weird drink that even the nubee’s get right! (and i am not fond of nubee’s! But everyone is a nubee at least once at every job they’ve ever had) These excellent baristas know my name and my drinks! They will spend extra time with me in the drive thru and i never mind waiting when they are spending extra time with someone else. They are more like family than just someone behind a counter that doesn’t care about their job or the people they are serving. I love everyone there! Rock on guys!

I love this Starbucks. The workers already know my order and are always friendly. They make my iced chai perfect every time.

Went here today and got a small green tea & after about 5 sips It was gone & I had a half cup of ice! Haha So I went back again & got a medium but with no ice because I still had plenty from my last cup! But love green tea, so good! Don’t care for coffee so I always try the teas, refreshers or green tea frappé

Guys at window are RUDE! Drinks come out slow.
Have not been inside, only drive thru experience.

I love coffee Starbucks is my favorite. The service is good not great. They could use some more training on how to greet customers and what is on the menu. I’m always in a hurry I don’t have time for ‘I don’t know’, other than that I love the cappuccino I won’t recommend them until they get better trained.

Love this Starbucks location. The inside is real comfortable and inviting. I was in town for a baseball game and was overwellemd how great the customer service was and how up beat the staff was. My local Starbucks in Patterson should take notes on the way to treat there customers and how to remodel a store. Great job.

My daughter and I went here to get the entire family coffee and hot cocoa on a Saturday mid morning. We ordered three white chocolate mocha and two hot cocoa, then my daughter who didn’t know the name of the drink she wanted started explaining it the gentleman knew exactly what she wanted even though it wasn’t on the menu. He was extremely polite as well. I told my daughter to make sure she tried it before we left, and he asked if we had had a bad experience before. I told him we had my daughter and her friend ordered the same drink at the Barnes and Noble location and they got her friends right but hers tasted horrible she couldn’t drink it, but by that time we were almost home so we just took it as a loss. He says oh no if it’s ever wrong bring it back and we will make you a new one and even if your almost home come back the next day tell us and we’ll get you a new one. That was awesome and it made her very happy. Well needless to say all our coffees and cocoa were good although we didn’t drink it there upon looking around it seemed very clean and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend this Starbucks. Great service guys pat on the back.

Fast service, nice people, good coffee. Location leaves a little to be desired. Parking lot crowded and cramped. Drive thru is the way to go though, it is quick and efficient.

Lots of employee chatting and no «please» or «thank you,» as if the privilege was all mine. And now so outrageously expensive. No wonder I quit working in Starbucks stores.
On the plus side, Starbucks in general does provide a meeting and work place free of charge. You can set up your computer or read a book and no one hassles you to buy something else or move on.

May I just say, Rhonda made my day! She is the best! After pulling an all nighter between 2 sick babies– she got my husband and I coffee a few mins before they were officially open. Little acts like this, mean a lot!

I was not greeted when I entered this store location. There was a girl just standing there in daze and when I asked if she could get my drink started, she was really rude & said she was busy heating something up. This something was just sitting there on the counter. The drink miss grumpy made me did not taste right, it was bitter when it was supposed to be slightly sweet. I did not have the time to have her re-​make it, I was not in a hurry this particular morning, but had what I thought was going to be less than five minute wait for my drink. I ended up being late to work.
Also, the last thing I want to see in the morning is grumpy looking people. None of these people looked happy to be there and ended up putting a bad start to day. They need to maybe rehire some perkier and friendlier people at this store!
I will be going to the Applegate & 99 location next time I want good services and drinks.

Not much to say, on the way to work and use them often. Not the best service not the worst. Employees do seem ill prepared sometimes.

This Starbucks is the absolute WORST Starbucks that I have ever been to? What type of store or coffee house greets you at the door w/​, «We are closing in 2 minutes!»… Ummm, a Welcome to Starbucks would have been nice! Closing in 2 minutes & it was only 8:30 pm… I burnt my tongue on my coffee as I tried to chug it before we were forced out… Never heard of a Starbucks w/​a freakin’ curfew!

This Starbucks took a little getting used to because the staff was busy socializing at the drive-​thru window, but aside from that they pulled through and realized customers were waiting. After that my experience went great! They were either constantly cleaning or helping customers waiting in line or enjoying their coffee.

I travel to Atwater a lot, on my third day there, the barista knew my name and drink before I got to the register to order :-) Always nice folks
