This Starbucks is horrible they can’t. Make a descent coffee everytime. My coffee is waters down not strong I’m done coming here the cashiers are rude also

I love Starbucks, BUT, they changed their tea brand from Tazo to Teavana. I loved getting the Tazo Zen green tea on ice; today I got the new brand and it was terrible. It has an earthy, alfalfa taste – just plain un satisfying. My green tea days at SBs are over.

carmel caramel whatever is delicious. The employees know their coffee and how to explain how they make special blends. I love love love coffee, this is one of my favorite places. They open early and close late. I feel at home there, they know my name and what I like. I recommend this location because they are very fast in and out is the wsy I like to be served, I’m always in a hurry. Perfection is what they are.

The lady who waited on me actually ASKED ME how much room for cream I wanted for my Iced Americano! In all the Starbucks across the country that I have had coffee at, this lady was the first to actually ask me that! Rather than ask me for my name, she remembered it off of my credit card and asked if «Kathryn» had a variation, like «Kat» or «Katey». I told her Kate was fine. I will stop at this Starbucks on my next trip up the 99…

Never have I had a Barista look at someone with such disgust! Ordered my fave Zebra Mocha Frapp, and the Csa (customer service rep) who took the order (who had no idea what a Zebra Frap was) didn’t put that it was a frap and i rec’d a iced drink 6 minutes later… in which I politely told the girl that it was wrong. no apologies, no sorry, just a look i got which my teen daughters standing behind who me saw and asked what was wrong with her. so i felt bad and didn’t want her to think i was lying, so i pulled out my receipt to show her, but she kinda brushed me off after she gave me my correct drink and tossed the iced.
Well thank you for correcting my «Zebra» FRAP with such grace and customer service. think I will stick with the Bellevue location from now on. Even the Target Strarbucks has better customer service!

Drive-​Thru Slow Service Great Americano.
The drive-​thru is great and very convenient especially on a road trip. The service was pretty slow it took a good 5 – 6 minutes to get my cup of Americano after I pulled up to the window. They did apologize for the wait which I thought was a nice recognition. My Americano was yummy.

Spring Valley Lake, CA
This is a fairly new Starbucks location alongside Highway 99. I remember exiting Applegate Road when this side of the Highway was merely empty. The only free standing structure here was a CHP station. Been to Atwater/​Merced many times to visit family members. Typical Starbucks inside from a location near you. Clean restroom and good customer service with no attitude. Our order came out well, no problem. Good parking. Highway on-​ramp (to south) and off-​ramp (from north) is accessible.
