So let me eat my words for a second. My first attempt at bringing my husky here was not flawless (see previous review), but when I actually got him in for a bath, I was really pleasantly surprised. The building is completely unassuming, but the ladies working here are so sweet. I dropped Jaxx off at 9 am and was told it would take a couple hours. I let them know I would be late due to a meeting in Dallas, and they had no problem keeping him until the end of business– though they are kept in a crate the entire time. I’m not sure if they let them potty or give them water during their stay. He drank a lot of water when he got home, but didn’t seem to urinate a lot. So, perhaps they do walk them outside quickly?
I did get a confirmation email for his appointment, but… I received it at noon the same day? When he was already there? I hope that was just a glitch and was meant to be sent yesterday.
When I picked him up, he looked SO handsome and happy. He smelled REALLY good, and the handkerchief looked so cute on him (see pic with green handkerchief).
For $ 55, I think the value is definitely here. They even trimmed his nails which is typically extra anywhere else. Every time we try to bathe him at home, the bathroom is destroyed. These ladies are worth every penny.
I asked if we needed the deshedding treatment since he’s been leaving tufts of fur all over my house. They said no. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to up sell me for no reason. It looks like he lost 10 lbs just from the bath and brush, and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to bring him back in 2 months.

We started using PetWorks when it first opened and haven’t been to another groomer since. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. I have my Yorkie groomed regularly and my lab gets a bath and de-​shed treatment. The lab is really shy when left somewhere without us. The first time I took him for a bath (not at this salon), he tried to jump over the counter to get back to me. Upon picking him up he almost looked the exact same and still had a ton of loose hair. At Petworks, his coat is always sleek and shiny and he smells wonderful. The girls have never had a problem with him, or at least not that they’ve ever expressed to me. I love this place and highly recommend it. I’ve never boarded here but would do so if I ever needed too.

I love this place. We used them when we first moved in the area a year ago and it’s safe to say they have become a staple in our two fur babies’ lives. I am a stickler of how my shihpoo and silky terrier are treated and use to drive 40 min to their old groomers. Our little shihpoo girl doesn’t like anyone new and is always tense but they have a way with animals and have turned my baby into a social butterfly when she is getting groomed. We are always satisfied with their cuts and our dogs are happy when we pick them up!

My dog loved getting her hair cut here. The ladies seem really nice and my dog didn’t have problems with getting her nails filed. She was so soft and very fresh smelling. PetWorks is doing it right!
