Voyage Auto Carrier

This company was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had to deal with. They ran 2 days behind the pick up date putting me in a bind. They didnt come to my home as they said they would. I hired them to transport my vehicle from McKinney TX to Washington were it was to be picked up by another transport company. Apon arrivial my the car was damaged during the unloading process doing over $ 3800 in damage (wich was the cheapest out of 3 quotes $ 5500 being the most). I contacted the owner and he refused to cover the damage even though the damage sheets they filled out clearly indicated that in transit the car was damaged by them! Luckily I had requested there insurance info prior and put coverage on my car as well. Just in case something like this happened. I ended up having to go around the company to file a claim with there insurance directly. Due to the owner not being cooperative at all making up excuses and not returning my phone calls to civilly take care of it with me. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND ENDED UP COSTING ME A GREAT DEAL OF TIME MONEY AND HEARTAKE!!!
