Hit or miss with pharmacy lines. Right now there are 4 cars ahead of me at the drive thru at 3:30 pm on a Friday. Been waiting 10 min already.

They have no customer service. And the lines are always long due to lack of training and not caring for other people’s time. «Quick Run» to Walgreens will never happen

There are not a lot of options out this way so the location is convenient. The store is usually well stocked prices are fair. The lack of stars is for the pharmacy department. They are slow and rude. I get four meds filled routinely every month. I never have the correct number of pills in my bottle. Very frustrating I have since transferred pharmacies but I continue to shop here for odds and ends rather then driving into little elm or venturing to Walmart

The pharmacy is incredibly slow and they don’t care to fix the problem. Once I am able to switch my things I will drive someplace else.

Worst pharmacy service ever! It’s a pharmacy not the freakin’ DMV… You end up waiting way too long just to see if your prescription is ready to be picked up or if you’re just dropping off a prescription.
What would help is if they filled up those empty drop/​pick up registers with some staff instead of having one long line INSIDE and another OUTSIDE waiting on one person to get to everybody. It’s ridiculous and I almost fill sorry for that one clerk who has to put up with this bs.
My other issue with this place is just like everyone else’s, they take way too long to fill prescriptions. Also they don’t bother calling you when they don’t have any in stock, only for you to find out when you come to pick it up.

Very interesting people here. :/​busy, high traffic area. Be careful when entering and exiting location as well as parking. Cashier was not helpful but I guess you can expect that from a young teenager. Will continue business elsewhere.

After many horrible experiences with CVS pharmacy, I transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. I was amazed by how quickly I received my prescriptions. No long lines or long waiting times in the drive-​thru, friendly, knowledgable staff every time I’ve been there, no matter what time day or night.

I use this pharmacy regularly and never have had a problem! However notably today, a prescription called in by the physician at 5, is not ready at 8? There are new faces at the pharmacy, not only do they not have it ready but the guy was rude, if I could see his name I’d share darker skinned oriental maybe! I just hate rude workers! Normally all is well here always a terribly long line but that I guess is a good thing!

I went here in need of a particular item which they were out of stock of, however, the manager made 4 – 5 phone calls until she found a store that had what I needed. This was at 9:30 at night.

The store is great location and has good deals on beer and wine. The store is pretty busy, always cars in the parking lot. but i’ve never had to wait very long in line seems like they train their employee’s to keep the line moving which they do very well. Overall easy shopping experience to get what you need and get out!
