I have not one complaint here! Ink cartridges for a fraction of the cost at best buy or other online suppliers… Great customer service. Ink cartridges work great!

I was approached by a sales rep for this company a while back. She told me that they purchased used printer cartridges that they refurbished and resold.
On two separate occasions I sent a very large box of cartridges and requested the money be donated to the local Boy Scout office.
On the first return, it took them over 3 months to process the cartridges and send a check. That’s not my complaint. My complaint is, I had to send multiple emails and never got a reply. I called the sales rep that first told me to use them, and she was able to contact a manager at the company to get the check sent to the Boy Scouts.
Having not learned my lesson, a few months later I sent a second very large box of empty cartridges. Two months have gone by, with no contact from 123inkfast. Not even an acknowledgement that they received the box. I again sent multiple emails asking for an update, and never received a reply. I called the sales rep only to find out she quit working for them for this same reason. Promised made, promises broken.
She did however give me the directors name, Mike Kenealy. I emailed him asking him to find out where our cartridges were and if they were going to sent a check. He replied back almost right away saying he would look into it. That was the last time I heard from him, even though I sent a follow up email three days later.
There are a lot of companies that buy used printer cartridges, Staples & Office Max to name two. There are a lot of small companies that but them as well.
I will never again do business with this company. The only reason is «lack of customer service». They just don’t care.
