Customer service is not a quality they possess. They were very rude upon checking out. They were having a problem with the computer register obviously and taking it out on me. I thought maybe it was just me but my daughter had a bad experience from the same person. They were very demeaning to her which irked me. I believe this is a family owned store and the «clerk» was the family son.
The place is not busy and they probably sit in wait for business. Seems you’d value any customer and show some mature professionalism. They lost my business as well as anyone I share my experience with.

STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! I would give 0 stars if possible! Truly a bunch of eneducated crooks! I purchased a battery and asked what the return policy was. The large and quite ignorant man told me I could return the battery within 14 days as long as I had the receipt as he put the new battery in my phone. Of course the battery was faulty and only held a 30% charge. So four days later (well within the 14 day range) I went to return it and get money back. Another stellar employee told me I had used the battery and I could no longer return it. I explained the situation and told him his own employee put the battery in and that I would not have purchased it had I known it was not returnable. I explained that HIS employee misinformed me and that is not my fault. He then told me it wasn’t his problem. He said there were no refunds and offered me a bs store credit. If you want to experience quality customer service, educated employees and a fair deal this is NOT the place for you!
