was nowhere to be found finally gave up pushed my kart away and whent to Kroger won’t be back ever!

Pharmacy is the worse. Rude and very unprofessional, On top of the experience at the pharmacy the stores customer service is not all that great. When I called to talk to management I was told I would get a return call but never did.

Had the worst experience at this location! Came here and purchased a 12 month subscription for Xbox Live and the 25 digit code on the back didn’t work at all! I called Xbox and they told me the retail store would be at fault for it because it’s them (Meijer) who activates the card. Did what Xbox wanted me to do and that was to request for a new card and everyone including supervisor and customer service said was…“On the back, it says no refund. Can’t help you there.” So basically I just wasted $ 60 of my own money.
Took my problem to the Meijer in Waterford and spoke to a manager and sadly they couldn’t help me much for the reason that I didn’t purchase the prepaid card from them. But before my conversation was over with the manager from Waterford, he mentioned that I could have them check and see if the card was activated or not so that was nice of him. Decided to call this location and they had no idea such a thing could be done and wasn’t helpful at all. At last, my sister called and informed the store manager about the problem and you know what she says? «Bring in the card, I’ll take care of it.»
Took it in a few days later and spoke to the store manager and all she did was void out the transaction and gave my money back! It was literally THAT simple. So disappointed with the workers at this location. They are not polite, nice, or helpful at all! They should fire everyone and hire children instead.

This place always seems to be full of idiots (fellow customers not the employees) they are also always short on the smaller carts. But the stupid customers are not the fault of the store. The parking lot is also always PACKED beyond belief. It always sucks to find parking. For (mostly) these reasons I can’t bring myself to give higher than a 3 rating. The Kroger down the road generally has better prices and is WAY more accommodating and efficient than this place. Take the extra 5 mins down silver bell rd and go to Kroger.

We stopped by Meijer this morning, for probably the 3,468^th time in our lives. Just a regular old grocery run where I only meant to pick up a few things, and ended up with a $ 150 cart of goodness. Oh well.
My kids love the free cookie at the bakery (my son literally calls this the ‘cookie store’) and the 25-​cent fruit bin over in the produce. Their joy over these fun things to start our shopping trip usually buys me a few minutes to get going on the right note.
The biggest problem I have is the organic milk selection. I like to get the kids a gallon of 2% organic milk. But frequently the gallons are badly damaged (I don’t know if the color of the label makes them better for milk hockey in the back or on the truck?) or simply unavailable. I often have to get a half gallon of the Horizon (or whatever that other brand is), or just come back another day. Frustrating!
Our other favorite is Sandy the horse. Always a penny. Thank you, Meijer!

I normally love this store. And I’m still fairly pleased but thought I should mention my experience the other day. This review is about their customer service desk
Now — the pros are the friendly staff, helpful and they seem pretty happy to be there.
I like that they have a lot of organic products, still missing a few, that makes my trip worthwhile.
Like 18 kinds of applesauce yet no organic in the kid squeeZ kind even though they exist in the brand market.
None the less, the other day I had a return and when I got in line I was behind only one other person.
There were 3 people behind the desk. 2 helping customers one doing something else.
One customer finished and the guy in front of me moved up to get helped.
Clearly his request was taking a while, so much so that the employee was on the phone, on the computer and then at some point took him and they left the desk completely to go to whatever dept the issue was from.
I was left standing at the front of the line now with 5 more customers behind me.
At no time did she call for a back up sales associate. She did not communicate that they would be with us soon. The employee that was behind the desk doing «something else» finished, looked at us in line and walked away.
The other associate was still tending to her customer, rightfully so.
We all stood there with no communication or assistance for 15 minutes. I kid you not!
No manager, no anybody bothered to check to see why the line was growing and not moving.
Quite sad.
By the time the other employee returned with customer from their field trip the other associate finished up to call me up.
I left a message to speak to a manager but haven’t had a return call.
I just think there should be protocol if you are leaving the desk with a line of customers .

Honestly. I have no complaints! This Meijer is always very clean! I’ve never had any trouble from the staff. They almost always have what I’m looking for so gotta love the one stop shop!

The pharmacy is the worst Ive been to. PLEASE beware! I am not kidding, they are extremely rude there. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Please please don’t come to this store because it’s my favorite and it’s never busy! No seriously this is the cleanest, nicestest and brightest Meijer’s I have ever shopped! They don’t have as many products as the Rochester Hills Meijer store but I prefer the no wait in lines or anything else!

This store reminds me of a Super Wal Mart (only cleaner). They have a nice selection of fruits and veggies and a wide array of grocery products. The store staff is friendly and always willing to help. If you’re throwing a party, it’s a one stop shop – you’re sure to find everything you need with Meijer bargains sprinkled here and there.

The did a huge remodel on this store. Now, I never go in there and can’t find something. Very clean, new and easy to navigate throughout the store. They have a lot more organics now– yes!
