We have used North Bloomfield Properties as our property management company since we started buying rental properties almost ten years ago. They are a key part of our real estate investing business. We had properties out of state for a number of years and that gave us a direct comparison to see how good NBP is. We even considered switching at one point and, in the process of interviewing other property management companies, found out that we already had one of the best. They handle new tenant screening, rent collection, refreshing units between tenants, advertising vacancies, and much more.

What a shady bait & switch organization. Alyssa & Steve pulled a good one on me. I submit my application before I see the inside of the house. I meet Steve at 9:45 am and tell him I want the house. He tells me to send all my information to Alyssa and I do by 10:02AM. I call at 10:03AM to confirm and Alyssa is not there. I finally get in touch with her at 3:00PM she says everything looks good I just need to submit my ID which Steve never told me to do. I get an email at 3:42PM saying the house was rented. Are kidding me??? I told these incompetent Imbeciles I wanted the house and because it takes ALYSSA4 hours to get back with someone its my FAULT I told them I want a refund form my security deposit and she says… no no no that deposit is for«All» properties not just the house you wanted. Calling my credit card company now to reverse the charges. This was a blessing in disguise. I can just imagine if I rented the house and had a issue. This place is unethical and unprofessional. I anxiously look forward to the response I’m going to get from the owner if you read his responses from previous negative reviews it’s quite amusing and quite unprofessional.

Owners beware!!! Your home will sit empty for months. They take a $ 25 fee for the process only to turn you down. I was inquiring on a home in Southfield for a viewing. It took 3 weeks just to see it. Well anyway, my background was fine, but my credit wasn’t to their satisfaction. That was in October 2014, and the home is still sitting. Went with another company, and passed even with the challenge of my credit. The receptionist was sometimes rude on the phone… NBP lighten up
