I recently purchased two big screen tvs from Paul’s TV. Kevin Layden was my sales guy and he was just awesome! He was very informative — I actually went with his suggestions, and never did he pressure me or try to get me to buy the most expensive items. Actually, when I asked about more expensive tvs, he told me the pros and cons of both and gave me his opinion. He never bothered me with things I didn’t need, he was VERY helpful and understanding (same day we bought the tvs, we had a flood in a bathroom that caused us to rush, etc). I wanted the TVs asap, so he helped us get it done by Friday so I could have them Saturday. I will def be going back to Kevin. He’s knowledgeable and very personable. I trust his judgement and he made me very comfortable, especially when you are spending that much money! In fact, we chatted so much that he’s like family now. :)

I bought my tv from Paul’s and Jeff is THEE BEST SALES GUY! He was on top of his game, sold me what I NEEDED, nothing more. Saved me some money as well! He also said that he would be there when I finished my shopping and when he wasn’t because he was on his break, he called me PERSONALLY to ensure that i was taken care of! That is what customer service and professionalism is all about! Kudos to Jeff and his partner who upgraded me to a free Blue Ray player when they were out of the DVD players! I will DEFINITELY be returning for any future electronics! THANKS JEFF!
P. S. Jeff called me on Monday just as he said that he would and answered all of my questions! A1 service!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Spent over 5000.00 and bought everything they told me I should get including the stuff I didn’t need just to help out the sales guys and I paid for the home install. They were supposed to come within 48 hours to install it and when I got a call from the install guy he said between 10 – 1 so I took the day off and they never came out between those times and never called. So at 3 I get a call and they say they are at my house. I was already gone. So they told me that they would call to reschedule. 2 week later I call them and ask what’s going on and they send the guys out 2 days later and they didn’t even bring the speakers. So now I had to take a total of 2 days off and it’s still not all installed. Still waiting on my Bose system. And it’s been 3 weeks. I would never buy anything for

I bought my TV from Paul’s TV, and we had just the best experience and salesman (Jeff Rinke). Jeff shared his wealth of knowledge with us and never once pressured us into purchasing something more than what we needed, unlike all of his competitors. I highly recommend going to Paul’s TV for your next purchase, and be sure to ask for Jeff.
