this office is bs. almost everyone here is incapable of their jobs, with the exception of a dr and nurse or two. the receptionist ask what they need to be seen for and then don’t listen at all clearly. there’s always a long wait. several nurses are rude and don’t know how to give a freaking shot right, i shouldn’t have to tell you to put both gloves on and let the area air dry before you stick a fucking needle where burning alcohol has been placed in my babies leg. i shouldn’t have to wait a long time to be seen for my baby on a routine checkup and you forget to do her bloodwork… making us come back again and her pain be prolonged. the doctors shouldn’t say «90% of my job is to refer you to another doctor» wtf. they don’t give a shit, quick paycheck for them. who cares if they help anyone or do their job. theirs little pride in their work and it shows

I’ve had to find a dr ASAP to take care of some missing immunization a for my kids as well as a follow up appt for my daughter. I come from a city where an appt can take weeks so I was pleasantly surprised (shocked) to get same day and walk in appts. Everybody was helpful and kind and as far as doctor visits go, we had a great experience.
