Great price, great service and easy scheduling!
At 60K on my 2007 E350 4matic I went to Mercedes-​Benz of Natick and got transmissions fluid changed — just as a recommended maintenance, nothing was wrong with the car.
Since then the car started shifting hard from 3rd to 2nd gear, especially when it was cold. I went back to Mercedes-​Benz of Natick to have them to re-​check and was told that everything was Ok.
I went to AutohausMA and the guy figured it out immediately. There was too much of tranny fluid — over the max level. He took some off and the car is normal now.
He worked very accurately and professionally and charged 4 times less than the dealer would.
I have done a brake change there too.
