Great customer service! My husband always orders me flowers from them and they are always beautiful so when I wanted to get my mother-​in-​law flowers for her birthday they were my first choice. I was having them delivered to her work but then she called me the day of and said that she was going home, I panicked and called buds and blooms and they were more than willing to change things up and still be able to deliver that day! Thanks guys!

I ordered flowers online from here for my uncles funeral last minute. I wanted to add additional orders after the fact so phoned them. They were nothing but more than accommodating and helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were more beautiful than I could imagine. A few days later my aunt receives a complimentary arrangement to her home. I am speechless with the amount of effort this florist put in into the after service. During this difficult time it was truly uplifting what a small gesture can impact our entire family. I thank you buds and blooms for sincerely being so thoughtful.

They went out of their way to find me after being given a very old address and my home phone number which we almost never answer. He also managed to get it to me in time before I had to leave that day which I imagine was quite a task. The flowers were really bright and beautiful and so healthy. My mother was amazed at how healthy the flowers were. Now, almost a week later, the arrangement still looks marvelous. I was very impressed with their product and their customer service and will use them in the future for sure. Thank you Buds & Blooms!

My brother sent me flowers for my birthday. The flowers from Buds and Blooms were absolutely stunning, expertly done, colors were amazing, lots of flowers. I wish I could post a picture. I highly recommend them!

I live out of state and had them deliver a plant bouquet to a friend who recently moved to Auburn. They did a great job with boutique and delivery was fast, very reasonable! Would recommend them to anyone.

We were in the middle of moving, and I realized I had forgotten to send flowers for a good friend having surgery. The lady I spoke with was fantastic, and my friends flowers were gorgeous! I definitely got my money’s worth for sure. And, they delivered the flowers within 2 hours of my ordering them :) HIGHLY recommend them.

Went in on a Saturday morning to buy some flowers. Was barely acknowledged when I came in. After looking for a few minutes someone came to help. Instead of trying to find a way to fulfill my request in some way, I was basically told they don’t have anything like that and on the weekends they don’t really have much and if I wanted to buy something from the case let her know. It wasn’t really what she said but how she said it.
She finally said I could switch some of the flowers around and they would put a bow on it. It was clear to me she was busy and trying to get back to what she had been doing and wished I would hurry up. Had there been another flower shop open nearby I would have left and gone there. I did select something and she was a bit more helpful during the actual purchase.
I was not happy with the service I received. I will not go back. The flowers were nice enough but with so few to choose from, not worth it to put up with the lack of customer service. I was left wondering why they were open to the public if all they were there for was to fulfill orders that had already been placed.

I visited the store on 10÷29÷13 one hour before closing. I told the woman working there that my friend was having an informal courthouse wedding on Halloween. I asked for a very small bouquet, perhaps one of the premade arrangements-​but wrapped in a bow with stems cut short. She said I would have to contact the manager, Julia, the next day because she didn’t have the «bouquet» prices. I told her I didn’t have time to stop by again and that all I wanted was a few Fall flowers tied up for her to hold. She said she couldn’t do that without Julia’s permission. I left VERY unhappy. It’s a flower shop, right? And I just wanted some flowers tied up in a bow! So I went over to QFC and Jennifer there gave me just what I wanted and more. She was a lifesaver! BTW, the same thing happened to me a while back with the same woman. I can’t remember details, but she wasn’t helpful and didn’t fulfill my small request, so I hadn’t gone back until 10÷29÷13. Never again!

Awesome service! Placed an order from San Jose, CA. And they not only delivered it same day, but they worked with me to get me an arrangement that was within my budget and in the style that I liked!

Went here a few days ago to pick up an arrangement for my wife on our anniversary. They were very friendly and helpful. They put together a custom 2 dozen bouquet of roses. When I didn’t have a clue of what I should pick it out, their professionalism came through.
Very pleased! And my wife loved the arrangement!

Instead of going through one of the many services available to order flowers online I decided to use the Unilocal app to order directly from a florist .
I called Buds & Blooms to deliver an arrangement. I told them what I wanted to spend and where to deliver .
A beautiful arrangement was delivered and also delivered by the time they promised .
My girlfriend was very happy with it .
And in the end that’s what counted.
And I will use them again.
