I don’t really like to review chain restaurants but this one needs it. With the re-opening of McDonalds, I don’t know how our local BK will stay in business with the terrible service they’re pumping out. The kids working in the evening aren’t entirely rude, but they certainly don’t know much about customer service.

Collin the manager said he was sorry that he fed me three ancient cheesburgers. ‘If you drive all the way back here, I’ll have the cook make you fresh ones this time’ Management is non — existent and the food quality is as one would expect without management. Stay away… absolute worst fast food in Auburn. No offer to refund my money until I brought it up… I won’t waste my time or energy going back there — but I did take time to warn each of you — bad food and bad service await at the Auburn Burger King.
