Captain D’s Seafood

FIVE STARS! Stopped in for dinner and got hot, fresh breadsticks, fresh fish and delicious sides. Staff was prompt, polite, and great service. All captain did should be as pleasant! Also did I mention it was CLEAN?

Expect to wait longer in the drive-​thru if you order grilled seafood, but it’s worth the wait. The seasoned tilapia with my sides being broccoli and coleslaw made me feel healthy and nutritious. The coleslaw tasted nearly as good as KFC. The bread provided was soft and warm.

Something about this place makes me really like it. Maybe it’s all the old people here? Maybe it’s the old man pushing his wife in the wheel chair or the other old guy reading a paper and combing his hair at the same time? Maybe it was the cashier calling me sweetie and recommending the white fish meal or how she repeats the order over the intercom? Maybe it’s the paper towel rolls on the tables? Maybe its the fact that Red Lobster is directly across the street? Maybe it’s the greasy sign next to the register that let’s the customer know the country of origin of their seafood? Maybe it’s the daughter talking super loud so her dad can hear what she’s saying or how she boldly claims that Captain D’s has the best cocktail sauce.
I don’t know, but I’ll let you know if I ever find out.
