Dave is amazing. I have to admit that I didn’t have much hope for some of the carpet in a few of our rooms. With 4 kids and a chocolate lab it’s hard to keep up with every spill and accident. I told Dave when he started that I didn’t expect miracles but that is exactly what I got. My carpets look brand new and smell amazing!!! Dave was very prompt, friendly and professional. I am definitely a repeat customer!

The husband and wife team that I used for many years recently retired so I called this provider because of the two positive reviews. On the plus side, the owner’s wife was very friendly when I made the appointment and told me they guaranteed their work. The owner was also friendly and a little early for the appointment. On the down side, I had three complaints. He cleaned the carpets much quicker than my previous service and I was surprised at how wet the carpet was when he left. Even when I use my own carpet cleaner it usually dries within 4 – 5 hours, but with fans blowing on a sunny day, they were still a bit damp after more than 10 hours. My carpet is 8 years old and not heavily soiled although I did have a few pet stains in one area from our new dog. He warned me he might not be able to get all of them completely clean, which I understood. But I was disappointed that once the carpets dried, most stains were still there and even some of the high traffic areas still looked a bit dingy. This had never happened with my previous service. The wife’s owner told me I should call if any stains came back within two weeks and they would re-​clean them. I had company coming in two days so I decided to call. My third complaint is that when I spoke to the owner, he made no such offer but was defensive and a bit rude. When I explained that his wife told me to call if I wasn’t completely happy, he just replied that he had hundreds of happy customers. Maybe this is true, but unfortunately I wasn’t one of them.

Dave is fantastic! I am in real estate, so I have hired hundreds of carpet cleaners over the past 7 years. Dave Willard is my «go-​to» guy for carpet cleaning. Dave is very easy to work with — he immediately answers his phone when I call, or calls me back very promptly. He makes appointments at my convenience, and he always does the job right the first time. He uses top-​of-​the line equipment, so the carpets are always getting the best clean possible. His prices are very fair, and I have not yet once sent him back to re-​do his work, which is extremely valuable in the real estate/​property management industry where things are moving so quickly. I love doing business with Carpet Technicians!

Dave at Carpet Technicians is my «go-​to» carpet cleaner. He is reliable, on time and does a great job. He uses a truck mounted steam system that leaves the carpets fresh and clean but not too wet. They are dry in just a few hours and not too damp to walk on right away if I need to. Our firm does use him consistently on our listings as well as our office location. He is the best out there that I’ve ever hired.
